Holiday rentals with breakfast in Kea-Kythnos

Very nice , clean and comfortable place with a lot of space for kids and adults. Really close to the beach. Very good comunication with the owners. We spend there very nice easter time . I recommend the place for families with kids and pets.

Το σπίτι ήταν πανέμορφο, πεντακάθαρο, σε πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία 6' από το Λαύριο από το οποίο μπορεί κανείς να οργανώσει και εξόρμηση σε κάποιο κοντινό νησάκι! Εμείς δεν το κάναμε αλλά μας έδωσε ιδεες για το καλοκαίρι! Πολύ φωτεινό με μεγάλες βεράντες σε όλους τους προσανατολισμούς, αλλά το καλύτερο ήταν η υπέροχη θέα στην θάλασσα και η ησυχία της περιοχής. Με καλοκαιρινό καιρό αυτά, σίγουρα θα μπορεί να τα απολαύσει κανείς περισσότερο, γιατί τώρα ο καιρός έχει ψυχράνει και στο μπαλκόνι δεν καθόσουν χωρίς μπουφάν. Άνετο κρεββάτι, καθαρά σεντόνια και πετσέτες, μεγάλες ντουλάπες, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα την οποία δεν χρησιμοποιήσαμε τελικά, επιλέξαμε να φάμε στην παραλία και στο Λαύριο αλλά και προς το Σούνιο που μια επίσκεψη στον ναό του Ποσειδώνα επιβάλλεται όπως και στο Αρχαίο Θέατρο Θορικού! Extra tip το μπουκάλι κρασί που μας είχε για κέρασμα η Σοφία και το ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ του σπιτιού αλλά και ο ρομαντικός φωτισμός του κήπου που ανάβει αυτόματα τα βράδια.

Stelios is a very capable host, very communicative, and his home has a gorgeous view! Not only that, there is a beach with a lifeguard just down the road, also very close by there is a beautiful marina. Surrounding the marina are many tavernas of all types including shops, bakeries and more! This all showcases the gorgeous sea views of the coastline along with yachts docked in Lavrio's marina. Thank you Stelios for giving our Athens cab driver such excellent directions. As advised, we visited the Temple of Poseidon here in the neighborhood, before our maiden voyage! We were lucking enough to see the Independence Day Parade in the Town Square! We will be reserving time at Stelios' home for the years to come when our boat is here in Lavrio for the wintertime.

The place is extremely nice and in the middle of a nice garden . 20 minutes walking distance from tavernas and the beach.

Can not recommend Vaggelis as a host, and his place enough to express how perfect of a vacation it was. The place is really really cozy, green and is in absolutely perfect state, maintained by Vaggelis himself as a hobby. The house itself, the area around it, the location, the dining/relax areas outside, the orange and mandarin trees, the garden, the grass, the interior and exterior design - nothing could be better for both kids and adults. Kids enjoyed running around and helping "uncle Vaggelis" to tend the plants in the garden :) And this is only the place. Then Vaggelis himself, as a person, and his family. We have spent several good evenings together with both our families on the terrace cooking meat, talking and all that. Only the best memories. Really thankful for how this all worked out :)

Belle maison, 4 chambres facile d'acces. Mais le clou du spectacle est cette magnifique piscine avec une très belle vue. Le jardin est relativement grand permettant à tout le monde de trouver son petit endroit au calme. La plage est à 3 minutes à pieds, le paradis pour profiter du coucher de soleil. Hôte très accueillant, et maison avec tout le confort. Je recommande pour un Week end, quelques jours, une semaine et plus encore!

Fantastic stay! The host was quick to respond to any questions. The property is centrally located and just a short drive to the beach. The pool was a great bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend!

Πολυ καλη φολιξενεια και αψογη συνενοηση. Ησυχη περιοχη και πολυ κοντα σε μαγαζια και κεντρικα σημεια της περιοχης

We had the most wonderful time at Ioannis' place. The apartment is absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean and well organised. The location is dreamy, right on the seafront, with beautiful sunsets every evening! The pool is a great addition and is very clean. Thank you so much for the great service!

Very nice and cozy place on Kea

We loved the place, so cozy and comfortable, the balcony and view is to die for. Paul and Evagelia were extremely accommodating and generous with their time, even giving us a ride from the port. All around a wonderful experience

We spent two very nice weeks in David's apartment. It is very close to the beach. Supermarket, restaurants and even 4 open air cinemas nearby. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Communication with David was great and check-in/out was very easy.

Sophia was the nicest host! She was super friendly and helpful and supportive from the very beginning. Answering immediately even to a very late call. There’s an office so check-in is super easy! Without all these long instructions and quests 😄 Sophia also helped with a transfer and other stuff. As we were waiting for a ferry - location next to the port is crucial

It worked out perfectly because I had family staying in the room next door, and our two rooms had their own stairs making it easy to come and go between rooms, sometimes just leaving the doors open. Very relaxing. Good place to "get away from it all" but, with the wi-fi, you can stay as connected as you need to be. All kitchen appliances provided, plus a washing machine, it really was like a home away from home.

Thank you so much Evangelia! The studio was so lovely and the view from the little private balcony was amazing. It was so quiet and peaceful even though it was just off the road to Chora. There is a 10 minute short cut that takes you down to the livadi beach which is great - just to keep in mind it is very steep at points! Evangelia gave us lots of information when we asked for tips on beaches, renting scooters and restaurants. The studio was so clean and Evangelia emptied our bins and gave fresh towels halfway through our stay which was very appreciated. It was the perfect airBnB for us and we had a wonderful time <3
