Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kea-Kythnos

Our stay at Stamatis house was exceptional, thanks to the incredible hosts, Mrs. Koula and Mr. Kostas. They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Every morning, they brought us a delightful breakfast, and their care and attention made our stay truly special. The accommodation also featured a lovely backyard, which was perfect for our 1.5-year-old child to play and explore. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay.

Kalliopi was super nice and friendly. We felt like home from the first moment. The house is clean and very nice with all the amenities somebody might need. Cannot wait to come back!

A great place to stay in Kythnos. Spacious and clean, at the right spot if you want to stay in Chora and still get some privacy. George and his family are very sweet and helpful.

Hemos estado muy bien! La estancia impecable, cómoda y en una zona tranquila pero cercana a Chora. La comunicación con George y Thanos ha sido perfecta, muy atentos a todo. Volveríamos, muy recomendable!!!!

Vaste logement spacieux, clair et très propre. Quartier calme. 10 minutes a pied du centre ville, 5minutes de l'arrêt du bus Ktrl Commerces a 5minutes

We loved the private location, very peaceful by the pool, lots of sitting areas in the shade or sun. Plenty of pool items and kids stuff, loved the playground and trampoline. Turtles wonder the property. Beautiful views. As described it’s at the top of a hill, 15 min walk down. Groceries can be driven up by the sellers. Food can be delivered. Taxis we found worked easily with Uber taxi. Lots of entertainment tv, DVDs, etc we didn’t use but they’re there. : ) Overall we loved it, and Thanos was a helpful and communicative host. He has a good manual with lots of suggestions to make your stay easy to plan!

The house is literally right at the water. The final drive down to the house is extremely steep, and with a larger vehicle it was a challenge to turn the car around. We became pros at this about halfway through our 15-night stay!! With only three of us in the house, we had plenty of room. We thoroughly enjoyed the two living rooms (first and second levels). We also enjoyed the multiple decks to sit out and enjoy the water sounds. We used the outside table by the pool a few times and appreciated the extra shade provided by the electric awning. The pool was a bit cold for us, but we did use it. The lichen had everything we needed, which we appreciated. The house far exceeded our expectations!! Rania was very helpful, as she provided great suggestions for restaurants, activities, etc.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική – κοντά σε μαγαζιά και εστιατόρια στη χώρα . Ο Δημήτρης ήταν εξαιρετικός, πολύ φιλικός και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά στο μέλλον!

What an experience in Kea! Our lovely hosts Tasos and Lila welcomed us in the port and directed us to the house! The dirt road to the house can be a bit challenging if you are a novice driver or have a low car. The view from the house though is unreal. The residence itself is modern stone build following local tradition. Super clean and roomy with everything you will need for a short or a longer stay. Our hosts gave us all the important info of what to see, where to eat and where to swim an all was spot on! Lastly as a bonus they where accomodating with departure. Definitely will be going back!

Great base for exploring Kea. Loved all the outdoor space. Hosts were extremely communicative and helpful. A bit cramped for four adults and two infants but we still loved it.

Spiros is a nice person and was great with communication. Unit was clean and just about 5 minutes from the central area.

Hotes accueillants dès le début, très disponibles, chaleureux, endroit très authentique. Magnifiques couchers du soleil depuis le jacuzzi sur la terrasse! Bon matelas, bon frigo (autrement matériel suffisant sans plus). Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet endroit spacieux, propre, bien situé, accueillant et authentique. Such an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The apartment is as exactly as described with breathtaking views. Panos is a fantastic host and was always so responsive when we had questions. He gave recommendations on some great restaurants and lounges. Our stay was exactly what we wanted it to be. We will definitely come back to one of Panos’s places for our next trip back to Greece.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Koni. Sie war super nett, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight, genauso wie der atemberaubende Ausblick. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sehr sauber, was uns besonders wichtig ist. Man merkt allerdings, dass einige Ecken schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Ein paar Renovierungen würden dem Ganzen wirklich guttun – gerade in dieser Preisklasse wäre das ein schöner Bonus. Trotzdem: Die Atmosphäre, die Freundlichkeit und die Lage machen den Aufenthalt absolut empfehlenswert. Danke, Koni!

Πολύ ομορφη τοποθεσία, με καταπληκτική θέα και άνετο κήπο με διαφορα παιχνιδια για παιδιά. Ιδανικό δηλαδή για ήσυχες, οικογενειακές διακοπές. Το jacuzzi είναι καινούργιο και καλα συντηρημένο. Η παραλία είναι μερικά λεπτά μακριά με το αυτοκίνητο, το οποίο συνισταται λογω της ανηφορικης κλίσης. Οι ιδιοκτητες ήταν πολύ φιλικοί, απαντησαν άμεσα οταν χρειαστηκαμε κάτι και γενικά μας εκαναν να νιώσουμε πολύ ανετα. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

On était un peu fatigué à l’arrivée d’ailleurs retard de vol et perte de temps inutile avec Sixt pour la location de la voiture. On ne peut rien reprocher à notre très sympathique hôte pour le prix du logement. Quelques fruits et un minimum de café sur place nous auraient plus mais les commerces ne sont pas loin en voiture. On a été très heureux de nous reposer la nuit chez elle qui est proche de l’aéroport avant notre périple de 3 semaines en Grèce en voiture. Merci Demi, vous avez été à la hauteur de nos espérances. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce logement. Nous étions très proche de la plage et pouvions y aller à pied. Les restaurants alentours étaient très bon, et l'ambiance de quartier était très paisible. Concernant le logement, il était très bien équipé et agréable.

Hi Hiralaos was a great host. Very friendly, always responsive when communicating and very kind. The place is lovely, clean with everything you need for a holiday apartment. Easy and very short walk to the beach, town, supermarket, bakery and restaurant. We love our stay here and will definitely come back. Thank you so much and hope to see you soon.

The house was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet but close to local attractions and restaurants. Our stay in Porto Rafti in Eftychios’ place was perfect. He is the best and most attentive Airbnb host we have ever had! He sent plenty of restaurant recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed! He even helped arrange our transportation to the airport. It was lovely to light a candle on the porch and enjoy a bottle of wine (from our host) listening to the waves. We hope to come back someday. We were so grateful to have such a nice and clean apartment to stay in. It was comfortable and an added bonus for us as parents were the complete blackout blinds.
