This a cozy wooden house located on the edge of nature reserve in South Estonia. Amazing forests all around! The house has been renovated by ourselves, has a terrace, private garden area and a sauna. Bedroom is in the attic and downstairs a fully equipped kitchen, livingroom with fireplace, TV and a sofabed. Also a modern sauna, shower room and toilet. This property and the garden area surrounding the house is for your private use. There is another house on the property that we sometimes use.

There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a meadow that is being naturally rewilded into a forest. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. There is a 22kW EV charger at your disposal, powered by 100% renewable electricity.

Switch things up a notch in this unique, relaxing accommodation. This 125-year-old wooden farmhouse has been beautifully renovated with many original details. The farm is located in a beautiful garden with ponds and its own sauna house with hot tub. Located in the middle of the wild nature of the Otepaa landscape park with 60 hectares of private forest. In a small country house located 2 km from Pangodi Lake in a very private and picturesque location, it is possible to relax for families with children as well as for a smaller group of friends. On a winter evening, it's nice to sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy the sauna.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
