Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Welcome to The Stylish FlatLet Westbury Wiltshire. Please note we have one double zip link bed which can be separated into two single beds if requested. The FlatLet is annexed to our home and is totally self contained and private from the main house, with its own separate front door and enclosed private patio area Lots of nearby attractions such as Longleat Safari Park, The Historic White Horse, Bath and Salisbury. Recommended eatery's, takeaways etc....all listed in the House Manual.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Welcome to Townsend Barn. The cottage is 5 mins from Devizes & easy to get to Bath, Avebury, Stonehenge, Longleat, Bristol and Salisbury. 𝗣𝗹𝘀 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝟭 𝗼𝗿 𝟮 𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀. 𝗜𝗳 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮 𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺𝘀, 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝟯 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. There are 2 bedrooms with king size beds. In bedroom 2, there is also a single bed. There are 2 bathrooms, each with a bath and a HAND-shower. It features an ensuite shower room, lounge area with Sky TV, kitchenette and private courtyard. The Annexe is a modern space with plenty of natural light and has many homely touches to make your stay comfortable, including hard and soft pillows, coat hangers with hanging space and USB charging points.

Not quite a barn and not really a cottage, to let. Therefore, a “Barnlet” :) Birch Barnlet is 1 of 2 barnlets which are individually self contained or ideal for a group of 2 couples, all set in the gardens of our house. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area! Great base for Bath - a short car or train journey away. Loads of walks, beautiful countryside and close to Longleat (11 miles). Simple, cosy space.
