The unit is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the city to the G Mall and the Oshiland Mall. Separate entrance. Unit space 110 sqm. There are stairs at the entrance. We have a list of babysitting services if needed. Adjacent to the unit is free parking.

There is no need to go out and feel the neighbourhood's atmosphere cause you already have the perfect combo on a little Island in the center of urban life . The roof and the apartment are private, with a huge space just for your quiet dreams. If you've decided to go out, you'll find any of your needs as well as art, unique bars, coffee shops, restaurants (many Vegan)

Upon returning home from either Banana beach or Carmel market each 2 min by foot, w/your grocery bags/bathing suits, you enter your seaview apartment, hang your wet things on the balcony, use the outdoor sunshower, or a hot massage shower inside, then after, sip some wine, kick your feet up on the deck or in the studio watching your favorite movies on the HD widescreen. The apartment is in the back side of the building, so the loudest sounds you hear at night are mostly the waves at this level.
