Cosy and quiet 3 story-house in the heart of the beautiful and historical centrum of Hoorn. Walking distance to musea, restaurants and shopping streets. Very complete, including 2 complimentary bicycles and a Chromecast for rainy days. The house has 3 floors, whereby WC is on the ground floor, the kitchen/living room/douche are on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the second. Interesting for you to know is that we blok 2-3 weeks every year in order to do maintenance on the house.

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like stairs. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

Private studio in the heart of Utrecht with garden.

Within walking distance of the city is this recently renovated garage that has a bathroom, a workplace, air conditioning and beautiful views of the garden. There is now also a new queen-size box spring bed in it. The garage is detached and has its own door and key. You can park for free on the driveway. There is a baby bed available on request. We would like to provide you with some great tips about Utrecht, and hopefully this will become a second home for you.

Upon entering via your own entrance, you’ll see how much attention and love has gone into renovating the place. The natural stone floor, professional kitchen appliances, materials and interior have all been hand selected with care. With the icing on the cake, a real home cinema!

de Blockhut Lisse

The Blockhut is located in the center of Lisse with its own terrace and parking space. De Blockhut is a base to Amsterdam (25 km), Leiden (12 km), Noordwijk aan Zee (13 km), Zandvoort (13 km) and Haarlem (14 km) Shops, restaurants and supermarkets are around the corner. Langevelderslag beach is 10 km by bike about 40 minutes. Lisse has a nice center with many terraces. Breakfast is included at the Blockhut. There are two bicycles for rent at the Blockhut.

Cozy white beach house in Noordwijk aan Zee.

Very nice detached guesthouse within walking distance of the sea, in a quiet residential area. Noordwijk aan Zee was officially recognized by ESPA (European Spas Association) as a spa in 2020, given the quality of the sea water, the climate, the natural environment and facilities. In addition to the beach and sea, Noordwijk offers enormous opportunities for an active stay due to its location in the middle of the flowerfields of the 'Bollenstreek'.

This beautiful 14th century wharf cellar (110 m2) is located on the Oudegracht, in the heart of Utrecht. Although the location is underground, this quiet basement has plenty of daylight. You have 2 bedrooms and sleeping accommodation for 4 people. Out of the the front room (4.20 x 6.40 m) you have a view over the Oudegracht. This space is very suitable for quiet work. Wifi available. Equipped with toys and baby accessories
