Holiday rentals with a patio in Kempten

We were "unfortunately" only passing through and therefore only one night in Memmingen. We loved the apartment. Very spacious, modernly furnished and everything you need. Check-in worked out great. We always received a quick response and the door code in advance. Upon arrival, we were greeted personally, everything was explained, the underground parking space directly opposite was shown, and we received great restaurant tips. The apartment is centrally located, you can reach everything on foot: supermarket, green area, shops, restaurants and the old town. We slept very well, the bed is very comfortable, you just can't completely darken the SZ. There is no real door to the bathroom, so you should be familiar with each other. You can shower while sitting, but the bathtub is great and there is even shampoo, body lotion, etc. on site. We were even able to have breakfast on the terrace in the backyard, which is totally cute. The kitchen is super equipped.

We felt really comfortable. Everything was a good fit. The apartment is beautifully and stylishly furnished. The bed was super comfy except for the pillows that were too high for me personally, but there were alternative small pillows we could use, then everything was perfect. Christian and Larissa are super personable and write back quickly if you have questions or tips for good things to do. We will be back!

We felt very comfortable in Gloria's apartment. A quiet area, well located to reach hiking destinations either on foot or short distances by car. Everything was as in the pictures, sparkling clean and also very uncomplicated check-in and -out, the communication was great! Thank you for the wonderful time :)

I have to say I was really impressed by this location and the clean space. The beautiful garden, so quiet and the birds in the morning was really amazing. Was exactly what we needed. I would come back anytime.

I was able to spontaneously spend 4 nights in Sonja's apartment. It is perfect for 1-2 people. Super well thought-out and furnished small apartment with everything you need for a few days. And extremely clean, too! I definitely recommend it. Sulzberg is a great starting point for a wide variety of excursions. Sonja is very sweet and even offered that I could check out in the afternoon. Thanks a lot!

We felt very comfortable in the new, completely and tastefully furnished apartment and can only agree with the positive reviews. The location is very good as a starting point for all activities, supermarket, bakery and train station are within a few minutes' walk. Very friendly hosts, uncomplicated and fast communication.

If Kempten were a circle, the place would be the middle. We felt completely comfortable. The place flies right in the pedestrian area and yet it is very quiet. You can't park directly with the car in front of it, but that's not a problem at all and you are in the middle of the life of Kempten.

Nikolaus' accommodation is definitely hard to beat in terms of value for money. For a more than fair price, guests have a nice, large balcony, a really super comfortable bed (unusual for us: we really slept fantastically throughout the entire stay) and the historic old town of Isny within walking distance. Parking spaces in front of the house were almost always available and if not, the alternative to the 100m away, really very cheap paid parking spaces is not bad either. For us, a personal highlight: the small mini dishwasher - something that is not available in many apartments in this price range.

A very nice apartment, we will be happy to come back.

Very pretty place where to stay like at home

For us as a family the place was perfect! We were able to relax and enjoy nature and just let ourselves fall! Just great all around!!

This Airbnb was the best I've ever stayed at. First, because Mikhail was extremely friendly in welcoming us and explaining everything about the house. Second, because everything was new, clean and cozy! I recommend it and would come back! Thank you ❤️

The place was top notch, just like the hosts. Everything was super clean. Norbert and Klaudia are very nice, attentive and helpful hosts. We felt very comfortable. The surroundings as well as the view were spectacular. Those who appreciate nature and a quiet neighborhood are definitely in the right place! The small cottage offers everything for a short break, super practical, also suitable for cooking meals. Quickly in Ulm, or other destinations in the area. We are very satisfied and can recommend the accommodation, thank you Roland

We felt right at home in Charlotte's apartment. Everything was clean, tidy, pretty and clearly arranged. The apartment is in a new condition, which of course makes it even more pleasant to be there. The area is super nice for excursions and is totally central to also make an excursion to Lake Constance or other cities. It was very quiet around it, which we totally love. The contact with Charlotte was super nice. She helped us with all questions in advance. We will be happy to come back.

Daniela was extremely friendly and answered all questions very helpfully. Almost on the doorstep there was a direct bus connection from which you can go to Immenstadt, for example. The apartment was equipped as described, very clean and we had a fantastic view outside! Highly recommended!

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

Beautiful apartment, ideal for a short weekend stay, everything wonderful.

I felt very comfortable in Gabi's accommodation. The bathroom is great, the view is great and the mattresses also suited my taste. Even the TV is outstanding for an apartment. The kitchen is small but nice, everything necessary was available to cook something quickly in the evening. Regarding the location, you have to be aware that a main artery passes by the bedroom. If you can only sleep with the window open, you may have to help a little with earplugs. None of that bothered me. If you've been hiking all day, you'll sleep like a log in the evening. The advantage of the location is that you can reach the bus stop after only about 100 m. I highly recommend the apartment and would come back anytime.
