Holiday rentals with a patio in Kemptown

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Marina, im Yachthafen. Das Stadtzentrum ist ca. 3-4km entfernt, aber gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar. Die Abende auf dem Balkon mit Blick aufs Wasser waren einfach herrlich!

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

I loved my stay! I didn’t realise how central it was to everything. I never needed to walk more than 10 mins to restaurants/ bars/ activities and the pier! Jo was very informative and helpful. I’d 100% recommend and book this place if I was ever in Brighton again. I absolutely loved it. Having bars, restaurants & pubs on your doorstep made the stay even more fun.

A beautiful, characteristic gem a stones throw from the beating heart of Brighton. Such a clean and unique place, and an excellent, responsive and kind host. Will absolutely be coming back to stay again, was such a great space to stay in while coming back to visit Brighton with a friend.

Un encantador remanso de paz en el mismo centro de Hove. Limpio y muy bien surtido de útiles y electrodomésticos de cocina y ropa, aunque no me dio tiempo a usarlas. Kasia estuvo muy atenta a todo. El wifi dió baja señal en algunos momentos, pero lo están arreglando. Agua calentita en la ducha. Pude ver algo de Netflix desde su cuenta! Muy recomendable su casa y acogedora.

Fabulous place just as advertised. Highlights - very clean with comfortable bed. Brighton town very accessible by bus or within a thirty minute walk. Friendly staff. Vicky met us and showed us around the property. Would definitely stay again.

I had such a lovely time in Brighton and this Airbnb was great! Has everything you need plus more, in a great location - close to the train station and is an easy walk to get to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay here very much. Lesley was so helpful even when we asked for a little help with something. She was very quick to respond. The beds and linen are extremely comfortable. The place is so close to the sea and very close to loads of wonderful restaurants and a short walk to the main central bit of town. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter, the temperature outside was very varied hot one day and very cold another day so we experienced both the house being cool and comfortable on the hot day, warm and cosy with good heating the other day. Thank you Lesley for a great stay. We said we will book again next time we are in Brighton.

Josh’s house was as described. Everything was spotless and had everything listed and that we would’ve needed. The location is slightly out of center but taxis are quick and cheap and walk was easy. Communication was quick and helpful. We met him on checking in and he was friendly and made everything super easy for our stay. Would definitely recommend and looking at booking next time I’m back.

Tamsin was great and responded very promptly. A lovely welcome basket was appreciated after a long flight as well as an early check in. The house was perfectly located between town and my family so we could get everywhere without a car as parking is not easy in Brighton.

Oak Cottage is a beautiful property with typical cottage feel and modern comfortable living features as seen in the pictures. Everything you needed was provided, with plenty of crockery, pans etc. a coffee machine, coffee pods a Cafetière, tea, including herbal teas & sugar all provided. There was milk, butter & bread in the fridge. Lovely details of Chocolates in a sweet tray on the dining room table and water bottles in the bedrooms. The bathroom and ensuite had hand soap and cream, shower gel, and plenty of towels were provided. Lorna was very helpful and responsive to our messages prior to our stay, we had no need to contact her during our stay. I would highly recommend Lorna & Oak Cottage.

Emily and Daniel were brilliant hosts and very easy to communicate with. Their home is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean too. Their pool area is stunning so if you get the weather it’s a really lovely space to enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in this area, just be aware that the pool area is shared with their home. We were staying as did the Seven Sisters hike one day (40mins drive away). Thank you again for a lovely stay.

Really lovely little house right in the centre of Brighton. Very clean and had everything we needed to make our trip lovely. Host was super helpful and provided us with all details before we had to ask. Really great time.

After the nightmare of our other Airbnb in Brighton that we booked, James was like a knight in shining armour. He really helped us out of a tight squeeze by providing his property to us with only an hours notice. When we arrived at the house there was a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, along with fresh fruit and flowers. The property was spotless and only a 20 min walk from the pier. His communication was fantastic and I can see why he has been rated so highly. I cannot rate him or his property highly enough and would definately stay there again on my next visit to Brighton. We had a brilliant time at Steve's place. I'd read the other reviews first and personally didn't find any problems with noise at night and I'm a really light sleeper so that was a bonus! In terms of the flat, it was bigger than I'd expected which was a nice surprise and the outside area was perfect - a great sun trap and better than it looked in the photos so that was the biggest bonus of all!! I've lived in Kemptown before and know the area really well but for anyone who's never been, I really recommend it, it's got a great vibe, lovely cafes and interesting shops and really close to the sea with the outdoor pool and amazing saunas. I came for work (great wifi btw) but it ended up feeling like a holiday! Thank you very much for a lovely stay!

Fantastic place for a visit to nearby family. Mark was a great host, the location was perfect and the flat was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come again!

The Seapig was perfect for a few days exploring Brighton. It's a beautiful, fun, happy space with everything we needed. It was really clean and surprisingly quiet at night even though it's so close to lots of great bars and restaurants in Kemptown. The seaview was also lovely. Kieran was a great host and we highly recommend staying at The Seapig! :)

This is a great place to stay in Hove and is as described. It was positioned perfectly for us for where we needed to be to visit family. The living room is a particularly great feature with sea views and plenty of space. If arriving by car, unloading can be a bit tricky due to having to park on adjacent roads but Joanne can't help that so it's just one to be aware of. We would certainly stay here again

Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

Lee is a wonderful host, incredibly helpful and responsive. The apartment is lovely, really clean and very well stocked, parking was easy to find - highly recommend!!

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

Second sejour chez Adrian à cette adresse, le logement est impeccable près du centre tout en étant calme. Bonne réactivité d Adrian. Il y a la base nécessaire (thé, café, sel poivre huile) et un bon réfrigérateur. Les commerces sont à moins de 10 minutes. Je recommande ce logement soigné.
