Great place and with access to the pool! It’s a quiet and peaceful area. Rodrigo was always fast at responding and helping out. We enjoyed our stay!

This condo was located only about 10 min. from our new grandbaby so it was a perfect location for us! The apartment and complex felt very safe. We were comfortable coming in after dark(and indeed going out before light!). Since we will be going down to Kendall often, we expect to stay here again.

Great stay for a short weekend getaway! Highly recommend for location near restaurants. There is even a Publix next door for your everyday needs. Major points for parking pass! Would definitely stay again.

Cory’s place was great. Came with all the possible amenities you can ask for and went above and beyond to make sure we were well situated and accommodated for. Cory was very flexible with me and was always very responsive. Overall, Cory is the man and I cant wait to book more trips with his properties. Thanks again for everything!

The flat was immaculate and very clean.Initially we had a couple of issues with the AC as we were not familiar with the controls but Valerio immediately responded and sorted this out for us. We would highly recommend this calm space and we would return.Thanks for a great stay

Great location! Love the fact that we could walk to restaurants, shops and more and this unit has easy access to the pool. Definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Miami.

I would recommend this place to anyone, the description matches the reality. My only feedback would be that communication can be challenging if not during Italian day time zone.

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

This is a very comfortable and clean space in an absolutely fabulous location. It’s right in the middle of Little Havana which is such an exciting, vibrant, fun neighborhood, but the house itself is on a very quiet street. Everything was great about this stay.

Sam and the rest of the team were super helpful from the time we booked it responsive in messages super quickly and even making sure that we were greeted personally at the front desk. anytime we had a question Sam was immediately responsive and we could not have asked for a better host and experience thank you Sam and the team you guys were wonderful will definitely be looking forward to working with you again

Raquel's Coconut Grove rental at the Mutiny Hotel is a true gem. We were there for a very serious reason (wife had surgery at Jackson Hospital) and were pressed to find a clean, quiet place in a nice location, within a short drive to the hospital. We also needed to have a full kitchen. In other words, we weren't there for vacation but thank god my wife's surgery went well and her recovery at this hotel turned our stressful trip into a relaxing mini vacation that we did not expect. Throughout our stay Raquel remained always available and answered all our questions promptly and with kindness we didn't expect. She was a wonderful host and if we every needed to return to Miami, this would be our first choice. Highly recommended.

Rene and Elise were fantastic hosts who went above and beyond. We stayed at the condo for a small bachlorette trip and were welcomed with a case of water bottles and champagne - a perfect start to the weekend. The hosts were always quick to respond and had great suggestions for our stay. They even held onto our luggage after checkout so we could explore before our flight later in the evening. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and the location is perfectly centered to all things Miami. I’m looking forward to staying here again in the future. I can’t say enough great things about my stay at this Airbnb in Sanctuary Doral! The place was absolutely beautiful—spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. I had to cancel a previous reservation last minute, and John truly saved my trip by accommodating me within the hour. His quick response and kindness made all the difference. The property itself had everything you could ask for—amazing amenities, a peaceful vibe, and a super cute plaza nearby with tons of options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy Miami. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Spent 2 weeks there with my husband and my 2 little kids. We all loved it. Clean and comfy. My kids loved the views, with planes passing by all the time! (no noise, though). The pool is huge and very quiet. Close to many restaurants and a big playground right in front of the building. 15 mins ride from airport and from dolphin mall! 100% recommended.

Apartment was cozy. Area was clean. Described correctly. Only complaint was WiFi not working. Not a big deal but a little inconvenient for kids.

Everything was awesome , I can’t wait to visit again .
