A big thank you to Alejandro for his warm welcome and availability throughout the stay. A very helpful, responsive, and kind host. It’s truly reassuring and pleasant to be supported in such a way. The apartment is exactly as described spotless!

We, 2 couples, really enjoyed our previous stay (about 2 weeks before), so returned to John's place again for our final night in NY after a cruise. Water, tea, coffee, creamer and sugar are provided in a full kitchen . Although the apartment was small, it is homely, comfortably and immaculately kept. All towels and linens provided were very clean and plentiful. John allowed us to access the apartment early which was also great. We walked a few blocks and were able to purchase meals and fruits and do a bit of shopping. Thanks John for making our stay excellent.

Another great stay. Love the location, Close to markets for grocery shopping, and Dominick’s pizza across the street is a bonus. Would love to stay again in the future.

We had a great time! Subway is a 10-minute-walk away, the neighbourhood is quiet so great for sleeping!

Risha’s place was great for our long weekend in Brooklyn visiting family. Risha and Josef were very friendly and helpful hosts. It’s a cozy space with the only sitting area being at the kitchen table, but that was fine as we came to NY to explore. The bed is comfy, and the view of the back courtyard is pleasant. Bathing in the clawfoot tub in the kitchen, rather than a typical shower made for a unique experience. Red Hook is an interesting neighborhood with a number of restaurants and breweries and easy access to Manhattan via the ferry. The Food Bazaar store is an easy walk if you need groceries and they have everything!

Location is great close to two subway stations. Considering nyc prices this is a great choice to be just outside manhattan since it’s super easy to get into the city. Place can get hot when it’s warm but fan helps. Lots of rules but just be an adult and nothing to worry about but you can tell that have had some dummies stay with them. They are super organized and it works well

It’s not just his place but Doug himself was a great host. He tries very hard to make your stay comfortable and has great ideas for places to go and things to do. His place is immaculate.

Very easy to find, cozy apartment very close to lots of public transportation options. Veronica was very friendly, Desi was beyond adorable. I would definitely stay with Veronica again if I have the option to do so next time I need to go to NYC.

Amazing place to stay — (2 of us, did not cook, etc while we were guests) clean, spacious, no detail overlooked, comfy bed, great location, nearby restaurants & coffee shops, renovated, perfect place to rejuvenate after a day of activities. Host was able to change our dates of arrival, communication outstanding. We would definitely stay here again. Best airBnB we have stayed in. Thank you.

I had a great stay here. The unit was just as described, clean and comfortable. There is a short walk and bus ride to NYC that takes about 30-45 minutes, so plan ahead. Nestor was responsive by phone and a great host overall.

We had the most wonderful time staying at this apartment. Andre was awesome from the time we booked right through to when we checked out. Always quick to respond and so lovely to talk to, we received clear instructions and lots of recommendations. The apartment was awesome and we felt right at home straight away. It was perfect. The area feels safe and you’re footsteps away from a subway station taking you anywhere! I will definitely be booking this again if I am every fortunate enough to come back to New York! This property was fantastic! The location is super walkable to everything Hoboken has to offer and is very walkable to the Path. The home is simply lovely & very welcoming. The outdoor space is perfect for reading a book or sipping coffee. Elgha was very responsive & an excellent host. We will absolutely be back!

What a beautiful little nook in the heart of Newport. It was a really short walk from the PATH station which made it easy to get/to from, and with so much food and shopping around that area this was the perfect choice! Once you walk in, the space is very cozy while being spacious. Having a kitchen available was excellent for a bit of cooking! To add, Suzanne and Chris had so many little toiletries and things that were thoughtfully provided. That alone was 5 star treatment! Really enjoyed my stay. Thank you guys! 🙏

Lindas apartment was just perfect for our NY holiday. Apartment was cosy, very clean and spacious, location also good and quite near subway. Linda is excellent host, kind and helpful.

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

This Apt. was better then heaven. The view to Hudson River, the quietness, the charming interior and the bike path along the river are unique. We want to come again.

Nicely renovated basement apartment. Ben was a wonderful host and made our stay comfortable. Kitchen had everything that we needed and having a designated parking spot was great. It is a short walk away from the apartment. Backyard was ideal has we were traveling with our dog. Location was perfect for our event at Liberty State Park. Would recommend if you plan to visit Jersey City.

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

Celebrated my 1 year anniversary here and it was lovely! The decorations were beautiful and I absolutely loved our custom wine bottle! Thank you so much Shaquannah for everything! 😊❤️✨

The view is priceless. By day, by night, anytime. The apartment itself is great, too: spacious, well furnished, a huge kitchen, perfectly equipped. Less than 20 minutes by bus to Times Square, but located in a calm and safe neighborhood across the Hudson River. For some, the steps up to the fifth floor might be an impediment, but that’s really the only issue I could think of. Absolute recommendation!

OMG BEST AIRBNB EVER. VERY CLOSET TO RESTAURANT AND STORES. SO BEAUTIFUL ON THE INSIDE. BATHROOM IS THE START OF THE SHOW. HAD STUFF THAT YOU DIDNT KNOW YOU NEEDED. EVERYTHING IS SO TECHY FOR THE PRICE YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. WE HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AND WAS SAD TO LEAVE.
