Cette charmante maison entièrement meublée et équipée à neuf vous offre la possibilité de vous détendre au calme et vous balader en bord de mer et forêt. Possibilité de coupler la location avec une longère (3 couchages) à quelques mètres. Vous aurez à votre disposition tout le nécessaire de cuisine et produits ménagers. Le linge est en supplément. La maison dispose du wifi. Les animaux sont les bienvenus, sauf à l'étage et sur le canapé. Malheureusement, non accessible avec fauteuil roulant.

Idéal couple et 2 enfants max. Location de kayak, école de voile, aire de jeux, départ du sentier GR34 sur place. Commerces à 2kms, à proximité de Pont-Aven (cité des peintres), Concarneau (ville close) ou encore Lorient (cité de la voile). Non fumeur, pas d'animaux, accès par escaliers. Prévoir draps et serviettes.

Nearby towns, villages and ports of interest: Pont Aven, Concarneau, Quimper, Doëlan, Le Pouldu. *Roadside parking , enough for one car (no vans). Quiet lane. No outdoor space. Bed linen provided but not towelling. Ground coffee machine. Not suitable for children. WC/shower open plan. Electric radiator. No smoking.

Vacation home in Moelan-sur-Mer

Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows provide access to the terrace and small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the courtyard. We live in the adjoining house, not overlooked, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the gîte. You will probably come across our 2 cats and occasionally you might hear our little dog. Bourg de Moelan 2 km shops and supermarket, market on Tuesday Train station 15 min

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.
