The tallest house in the center of the village, built on three levels, with unobstructed views of the mountain and sea from other buildings. "Plaka house" combines the experience of staying in our traditional village with the exploration of the pristine beaches and mountains of the area.

It is a renovated mansion located in the seaside village of Kerames of the Municipality of Agios Vassiliou Rethymno, at a distance of 34 km from Rethymno and 4 km from the southern blue beaches. My place is located on the edge of Akoumia, in the south of Rethymno. It is a stone-built semi-detached house with a panoramic view of Kedros, the valley and its villages. The upper and lower spaces communicate with an internal staircase but are also completely autonomous with their own bathroom, kitchen and separate entrance, having access to the garden, the terrace and the parking lot.

The space I have is a family vacation home, and that was a use of it. It has a large terrace and a large garden with lots of greenery and trees. Ideal for those looking for rest and tranquility during their holidays in nature and only 40 meters from the sea. It consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.
