Where the very spacious living room is now located, a few years ago the bales of hay and straw and the meter-long ash fruit ladders were displayed against the oak clusters. The Loft is 110 m2 and is located on the outskirts of the village of 's-Gravenvoeren.

In this unique location, the old teacher's room has been completely converted into a fully double apartment. The apartment has a private entrance and is completely self-sufficient. In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

The accommodation has a private entrance, hall with toilet, living room/kitchen and on the upper floor a bedroom with a luxury bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Delicious coffee via a Nespresso coffee maker. Interesting discount when booking for a week or month.

Renovated studio apartment (granny flat) of 22 square meters. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small furnished kitchenette with coffee machine (pads), toaster, microwave and induction hob. In the hallway is a large closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is off the street and leads through our courtyard.
