Cozy guest house of 50 sqm in beautiful and quiet nature, with bedroom, living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom as well as terrace. There is a sea view and 200 meters to the sandy beach and forest 600 meters from the house. The bedroom offers a double bed and a small desk with a chair. In the living room, there is a sofa bed with room for 2 adults, an armchair and a TV. If there are 5 of you, an extra guest bed can be arranged. There is also a baby cot and high chair. There are 7 km to Nyborg, 23 km to Odense and the highway at Nyborg is 7 minutes from the house by car.

Includes a living room with a wood stove, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open kitchen to the dining room. The house has a hilly garden and a large terrace with awnings. The home is a well-maintained Liljehus from 2000, but large windows that make the home bright and inviting - and which of course welcome the sea views into the living rooms. Not rented to groups/young people and a maximum of 5 guests in total.

There is a fridge and storage cabinet. (Rented without the possibility of sailing)
