We had a wonderful holiday at Szilvia's place. The house was easy to find. It is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood and has a lovely view of the hill. I really enjoyed sitting on the terrace having a coffee or glass of wine. The house had everything we needed for our stay, everything looked as expected and as advertised. Everything was clean and tidy. Szilvia was very friendly, sympathetic and caring. She prepared a list of recommendations of things to do and places to go in the surrounding area which was very nice and helpful. We visited a few places she recommended and were delighted. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a great time at Balaton. I hope to come back here one day!

We had an amazing time at Anikó’s house! The location is very quiet and private and the view across the lake is stunning. The house itself is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Anikó is a great host, easy to reach, quick to respond and very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for the second time. It's especially for kids, with a huge garden and a playground. The house is well-equipped and clean.

The house is next to a vineyard, the scenery is beautiful, the view is super good, the room is also very well equipped, very clean, very quiet at night, very warm

The accommodation is great for anyone who enjoys a private peaceful place. We stayed for New Year’s eve and it was nicely peaceful. The instructions were very clear and the house was heated when we arrived. The house is very charming. We travelled with dogs and the fully fenced huge garden was amazing. From the house there are several walking options one can take without having to jump into the car. The host is very responsive and provides clear instructions. All in all it was a very relaxing, peaceful stay we all enjoyed a lot.

We had a super nice, pleasant holiday in this beautiful villa. The house is very well equipped, has a nice terrace and a beautiful garden with many trees, which give the necessary cooling during the hot summer days. (the airconditioners in the bedrooms are also a great added value) The quiet beach is around the corner (approx. 200m) and with the wagon you can easily take all your beach equipment with you. On foot or by bike you will be in the center at the bakery, small supermarket or restaurant. Highly recommended to discover the Balaton and this beautiful region.

Nándi said and described everything very well. The accommodation was nice and equipped as described. They were flexible in the opening hours of private wellness. We were able to put the kids down to sleep, and then we were able to have a sauna. The first night we received a private letter and a small gift for the wellness. It was very heartfelt, which makes it more than perfect anyway.

The apartment is quite small, but has everything you need, the outside area is very nice with playground, pool, various games... about 15min walk from the lake, an Aldi supermarket is nearby, a few minutes by car.

Absolutely fantastic place, tennis court, swimming pool, BBQ etc. We will be back.

We had a lovely stay at this property. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was fantastic—close to a great beachfront and many supermarkets. The view was absolutely amazing, even better than we could see in the pictures! The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. No issues at all! Overall, it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We spent a night with a group of 9 cyclists. Instead of the holiday home we booked, we got another one on the neighboring plot, but it seemed bigger. The owner lived in another house on the property. Upon our arrival, soap and towels were not provided, but we received them upon request. We felt comfortable, there was room for everyone, and the bikes were safe. Arrival and departure were flexible... all this was made easier by the fact that the host was on site. The equipment of the house was only slightly incomplete, there was no dishwashing liquid, soap, towels. There was air conditioning upstairs, and the two bathrooms were great for a party of this size. Its location is excellent, everything was easily accessible within walking distance.

It was very nice, sophisticated, and well-decorated, and we had a great time. The beach is nearby and can be reached on foot.

Our stay with Bernd & Ingrid was beautiful and a dream for children! It is a quiet place, with many employment opportunities for all ages. Lake Balaton is not very far away and there are beautiful excursion destinations nearby. Bernd & Ingrid were very friendly and always available for questions, etc. Absolutely recommended for families with children. We will be happy to come back! :)

Very welcoming host, amazing place to stay, would recommend to anybody looking for a peaceful place to stay.

What a wonderful stay we had at the villa, tastefully decorated, and in the middle of a peaceful area yet near to beautiful places like Hévíz and Keszthely. We were met with a greatly equipped kitchen and the most delicious Hungarian wine. We spend our mornings in the sun on the patio. The only thing that went with a slight hassle was getting out of the gate at our final day, but even that was something we could laugh about after all our nice stay! Thank you Gabriella!

A fantastic and peaceful place — there's a grill, sun loungers, a small patio outside covered with grapevines, and a very large garden where our dogs were absolutely thrilled. Everything was clean and ready, and we received clear instructions about our stay. Getting there can be a bit tricky if it’s your first time, so make sure to carefully study the map provided by the host — I didn’t, and had trouble finding the location, which was entirely my fault. The garden offers beautiful views of Lake Balaton, and the opportunity to relax was exactly what we were looking for — and we found it here. We highly recommend this place and hope to return! The place is a conversion of part of a Hungarian house. It has very thick walls. Inside there are two very large rooms each with a large bed, maybe king size, and a sofa that looks like it turns into another large bed, so should easily sleep 8 people. There is no living room, but each of the bedrooms is kind of like its own living room. There is no TV but there is fast Internet through WiFi. There is a large kitchen/diner with all the essential bits and pieces for cooking and a full sized gas cooker. There is a bathroom with shower and WC and a separate WC. Both are decorated with modern tiling. There is a garden. The owner lives in a house on the site. This is on the edge of a small town up in the hills overlooking the Balaton. You really need a car to get here and to explore the area. We didn't move anywhere on foot. The place is very quiet and relaxing and functional but it really it is a jumping off point to explore the area. I'm all we enjoyed our stay here.
