The Little House with Country Charm Cute house with everything you need. Enjoy relaxing on the covered front porch, or by the fire in the back yard. Mancave has a view of the firepit. Centrally located, 15 minutes to Sarnia, 30 to Grand Bend and 40 to London. Groceries, beer/ liquor store and restaurants 5 minutes away in Watford. Very cozy comfortable home with large kitchen, dining room, living room with pull out sofa, two bedrooms and a laundry room with washer/dryer. Sparkling clean.

Our property is double wide with panoramic Lake View. Access to the beach via a new public stair case 7 cottages down. No direct access from our property. We do not have neighbours either side. We are located in a friendly quaint community. A good mix of seasonal cottages and full time residence. The panoramic view is seen from two of the 3 bedrooms. Imagine waking up and from the comfort of your bed enjoying the sights and sounds of the endless lake horizon. Please be our guest!

This place is a hidden gem for those who are looking for a private and cozy getaway. Place isn’t big, is very clean, and has everything you’ll need. It is perfect for either one person or a couple - my fiancée and I really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful surroundings. Hosts will go above & beyond to keep their guests happy. We highly recommend it.

Had the most amazing weekend @lazydayscottages!!! Communication was excellent, very quick responses from host. The cabins were perfect, extremely clean, with everything you need to have a relaxing time without having to take much with you. Nothing beats sitting on the sea wall while enjoying your morning coffee, breathtaking views!!! Had tons of fun with the corn hole boards and took the bikes for a little ride. Can't recommend this place enough!! Thanks for a memorable weekend!!

We enjoyed our long weekend with friends at Joanne's cottage in Kettle Point! We were able to swim/float in the water right out front of the cottage so didn't even end up going to the beach down the road. The fire pit out front was perfect with such a great view of the lake. Incredible sunsets every night! Joanne communicated very well leading up to check-in, which was a very simple process.

I really loved staying here for the walkability of Ipperwash beach and trails, the peace/quiet, the familiarity of my family's cottage on lake Erie growing up....down to the hand written notes left about, the decor, the screen door, and the overall vibe. Bear in mind it IS more vintage/rustic, so you might find a few potato bugs, small spiders, or mosquitoes here and there, especially after a big rain. BUT please don't let this deter you....it's Southern Ontario in the summer on the Lake! That's what it's about! The place felt very clean, homey, good amount of space, and was in a quiet, convenient neighbourhood. We were also able to reach Grand Bend in about 25 min easy country road drive, where they too have a great beach, some shops on a cool strip, and a local large market on Sundays (worth a visit!). I'm hoping we can re-book for next year....really appreciate the hospitality, easy communication, and the sound of the waves going to sleep :)

It was our first trip to Canada from Ohio and we had a great stay at Wayne and Catherine’s place. Their communication was quick and clear. The place was so clean and had plenty of towels, beach towels, toiletries, and even bug spray. My daughters appreciated the board games and beach toys. Despite years of staying at Airbnbs, this was our first time staying while the owners shared the house and we had a positive experience. They gave us space and privacy while being available for questions. They had a tent and beach chairs setup for us. They were accommodating and so kind! We had rain all weekend but still had such a relaxing time. We drove to Grand Bend for lunch and my daughters wanted to go back to the Airbnb and play at the beach. There was a wedding nearby when we arrived and we got to watch the fireworks. We created great memories here. Thank you Wayne and Catherine!

I have travelled a lot, and have stayed at hundreds of Airbnb’s but no place sticks out the way Dawn’s does. She’s an incredible host, extremely responsive and attentive. There were so many extra beautiful details like homemade cookies, and other snacks, juice, etc. on our arrival. She generously helped us out with Tylenol and Advil when we needed it late at night after the pharmacies were closed. We thought the Airbnb was pleasantly much nicer than its pictures and the area was really adorable as well. Highly recommend!
