Everything about this place was awesome. Location is great, it is a quick walk to Starbucks, bakeries and restaurants. We even walked to the grocery store and then took a Freevee home which was a thrill for our kids. The pool is directly outside of the building and the quiet and calm beach was a quick walk through gorgeous landscaping. Having beach chairs and umbrellas available was so nice. The condo is spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. We are so grateful that we were allowed to stay in such a special place.

We are so glad we decided to stay on Key Biscayne --and so glad we found the listing for this condo! Sheryl has a great location, the condo community has nice access to the beach (towels and beach chairs provided) and a really nice pool, too. The living space was wonderful with all of the amenities we needed for eating in when we wanted to. The separate rooms and comfortable beds were so appreciated for our family to have their own space to relax. We wanted to be outdoors as much as possible but the balcony was great for reading or daydreaming when needing a break from the noon sun. The Key is great for the parks and nature and also for the varied restaurants, all quite nice with a small village feel. We recommend!

Great place for somewhere to rest and sleep. Beds were great basically a hotel room but PRIVATE! Clean and well equipped. We attended a conference and served it’s purpose

This rental is a great and significantly cheaper alternative to booking a room through the W South Beach. Communication was excellent and check-in at the W Residence desk was a breeze. You are basically staying at the W and are afforded access to all of the amenities just as if you had booked a room through Marriott. The room itself was immaculate and clean with an outstanding view. One thing to know about the W is depending on your room/suite location, it is possible to get stuck with a balcony that sits adjacent to a neighboring balcony which offers little privacy. This balcony of this unit offered great privacy with no other balconies adjacent. It is also located on the 17th floor at the beach end of the building resulting in excellent views. Highly recommend!

This place is a midtown gem. Walkable to many places. Love the decor and all the amenities. The Host was the sweetest and very attentive! I plan to come back and stay here again. Thank you!

Such a great place! Very affordable and such a cute spot to stay. The hosts are very kind and responsive as well! It was easy to check in/check out and the remote control gate made us feel safe. Easily drive to the beach/downtown area. Definitely will be staying here again next time I’m in Miami!

I booked this place for my birthday and I just have to say… they made this experience absolutely perfect and so easy and accommodating. I originally wanted to book it for 18-21 but, another customer booked it out for the 21st so they were able to book me another unit they have in the same building and communicated the steps and pricing immediately. To also learn that this is a family running this and funding this is absolutely remarkable and I am more than glad to support them. I cannot wait to book again. This unit is beautiful with an amazing view. Walking distance to the parking deck and across the street from a 7 eleven for any late night snacks! Walking distance to Bayside Market place which is sooo nice! The workers at Yotel are also super sweet and they have great Happy Hour deals for drinks on the ppl deck which is also beautiful. Thank you so much Avanti for making my birthday so amazing. I truly appreciate the quick communication and accommodations.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for quiet and cozy. Had all the necessities that we needed. We will definitely be back next time in Miami.

We had a reall great stay! The apartment is really spacious and contains everything you need. Although it is located in downtown it is really calm. The host is always available and helped us with every issue. We will definetely come back another time.

Small but in a great location. A few steps from the metro mover and a block away from bay front park. Very well equipped but the oven is not the easiest to use. The rental uses an app for access that can be a little unreliable. I'd need to remove my magsafe phone case for the app to work properly.

Had a great time staying at Jennifer’s place! The apartment was bright, clean, and had gorgeous views of the city. The location was perfect for exploring Miami downtown, and the building amenities were a great bonus. Jennifer was super responsive and kind throughout, making check-in and the whole stay really smooth. Would definitely stay here again! 🌴✨

Marilyn & Mocha are an absolute pleasure! This was an amazing stay, the atmosphere is breathtaking. The place has everything you need and more. You don’t even want to be inside because it’s so gorgeous out on the patio!!! Marilyn was extremely kind, and helpful. Mocha and Marilyn were a joy to be around. We had an amazing stay at Kate's home. It wash very clean and was as beautiful as the pictures. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of towels, both bath and beach, for the two of us. and the pool/jacuzzi was that icing on top. We felt safe in that neighborhood and it was alway quite and peaceful. Day and night. Kate and her associates were very communitive and helpful from the day I booked until the time we left. And I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to my friends and loved ones. Thanks Kate!!

Great stay. Room is spacious and clean. The property has everything on it: restaurants, pools, a club, ice cream parlor, spa and is steps away from the beach! Owner was super kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
