Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Key Haven, Key West

We had a wonderful time enjoying Peggy and Jim’s slice of heaven. The grounds of the condo were pristine and incredibly private. We felt very safe and were able to relax in this quiet environment. The pool overlooking the ocean and the tropical gardens gave us the serenity we needed. The condo had all the spacious room and amenities for a home away from home visit. We look forward to visiting Key West again.

The Condo was spacious, beautiful, well furnished, very clean and the location was perfect. Henry was great to work with. We rented a golf cart and traveled almost everywhere in Key West by golf cart.

My boyfriend & I have been coming to Skipjack for his birthday for the last two years & we absolutely love it ! It has become a little tradition. We love the space and the dock in the back! During our stay we saw a manatee, a Manta Ray, & lots of Tarpon in that canal. Absolutely beautiful. The location couldn’t be better as it’s right in marathon, where you are close to Sombrero Beach, Publix, lots of delicious restaurants with great ambience, etc! We look forward to our next stay at SkipJack!! :)

This Airbnb was their perfect getaway for the weekend! The beach and pool were very private and made it feel very peaceful and relaxing. 100% would recommend this getaway to anyone!

Chris's spot in Marathon exceeded all expectations - the view from the balcony looking out onto the ocean was breathtaking with beautiful sunsets every night. Great restaurants nearby including a tikibar behind the property. 10/10 stay and would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place to stay in Marathon.

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

This beautiful condo was so much more wonderful than the pictures portrayed! It is the most amazing location and setting with a stunning courtyard garden, ocean views and its own little beach. I felt like I stepped into Paradise! The complex was quiet, respectful and beautifully maintained. The location on the island could not be beat with a short walk to Smathers Beach and Higgs Beach. This was our first time in Key West and it was pure magic! Thank you!

Great place, clean, nice location, and complimentary snacks and water on the fridge, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is well-maintained and strategically situated, providing an overall positive experience.

Great place to stay for our family. Plenty of room. kitchen well equipped. Beach across the street with rentals. Living room furniture could use some updating but functional. Complex pool was great to cool off and never crowded.

I try to always leave a review because I like a lot of people use them pretty much exclusively to make our choice. First off Thomas is first class and is awesome. He communicates well and this place was the perfect location. The place is nice the master suite is great…. The stairs down to the water are great. People are nice location is wonderful… right next to Mallory square and one block from Duval. On the wharf… We travel quite a bit honestly the location is worth the money. Check in was not great BUT that is more due to the times and not the galleon or host fault. ( no one wants to work ) Truly the only thing that is not accurate BUT I am not a geography major is … you cannot see the sunset period from the balcony. You have to get out and around the building. This place is worth all the money and we Travel quite a bit use the VRBO, air etc… and Thomas is the best host we have had honestly. You cannot miss with this place

Tammy was wonderfur, loved how attentive. The house was beautiful and close to so many great restaurants and things to do. Next door was the marina rented the boat, had a great breakfast at the French bakery down the street we could walk too almost everything. Loved it!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute Paradise in the Heart of the Keys! Our stay at this vacation house in Marathon was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had found our own private slice of paradise. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home—plus the added bonus of breathtaking ocean views and island vibes. The location couldn’t have been better. Tucked away in a peaceful part of Marathon, we were just minutes from everything—the beach, boat rentals, amazing restaurants, and the iconic Seven Mile Bridge. The property itself was incredibly well-equipped: a fully stocked kitchen, super comfortable beds, high-speed WiFi. What really made this place stand out was the outdoor space. The private dock was perfect for fishing and sunset cocktails, and the pool made it hard to ever want to leave. We even spotted dolphins just off the dock one morning—unreal! The hosts were friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we

The house is exactly as listed. Easy access, clean, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen has all the essentials. Clear instructions and Chris is a very responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to sit out on the porch in the evening (after enjoying the pool) and relax. Close to Key West but secluded enough to get peace and quiet. A really good pizza place, Roostica, and great bakery, Croissants De France, are a short walk right across the street. Thanks Chris!

Had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. The house was super clean and was located right behind the pool. The house had everything you could need for a stay in the Keys, including beach towels and chairs. Our only complaint was the upstairs AC struggled to keep up, with a noticeable difference between the upstairs and downstairs. However, there were plenty of fans for us to use making this less of an inconvenience as it would have been. Overall would recommend this property for anyone who wants to stay close to Key West but far enough to have peace and quiet.

Nice place was just what we need for stay.

The house was exactly how it was described online. Everything was well marked. Lots of stuff to do at the home. Very spacious and well maintained. There were only 7 of us, so lots of extra space. The pool is on the perfect side so your not blasted with the late afternoon sun. However, there is a huge umbrella in case it is needed. Kitchen is fully stocked so nothing was needed. There is a BBQ grill as well as a flat top which is nice for outside cooking. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own pillow if your a particular pillow person (we love our feather pillows), house pillows were not feather ones. If you rent here and have a boat definitely go to the Sombrero Lighthouse to snorkel. Never saw so many fish in one place. The Conch Cafe and Coast to Coast pizza are both great food restaurants and walkable from the home. Publix is so close it was a daily visit. Truly enjoyed the week stay!!!!!
