Brand new 3-room apartment, fully equipped and modern. It has a good size, is in a new building with an elevator, within walking distance of the sea and the "Mul HaHof Village" mall. Includes a balcony and 2 parking spaces. Close to the exit from the city and the entrance to the coastal road. At the exit of the building there is a bus stop, the apartment is close to the train. TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioner, microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, kettle, cooler, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is suitable for 6 people, there are 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds. Master bedroom with shower and the other 2 rooms with shared shower. The apartment on the 6th floor overlooks the sea, at all hours of the day on a sunny and bright balcony.
