Covering an area of 1,400sqm with a 17m swimming pool, the villa is almost 100sqm long and has 5 large bedrooms, 4 of which have queen size beds, the 5th consists of two single beds, and three of which have panoramic sea views and floor-to-ceiling windows. The suite can accommodate 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with an additional charge for 5 bedrooms. Our villa has two maids, our housekeeper is fluent in Chinese, and the villa can also book a driver for you. There is a security deposit of 12,000 THB for staying at the villa, 2 units of electricity are complimentary at the villa and 240 THB per additional unit (one unit of electricity in the community is equivalent to 40 units of ordinary electricity). We can arrange tours with private Longtail on the Bay to James Bond Island and Koh Panyee, or you can take one of our canoes and sail a tour around in the Mangroves. We can also take you to Samet Nangshe Viewpoint or to one of the famous temples in our area.
