Had a gr8 stay at Rajesh’s place. Rajesh proactively reached out at the time of check in and check out. Place felt like home and a different feel away from hotel - it’s surrounded by trees, plants and a lush green laws If one can make peace with minor cons that comes along with nature (insects, etc), Rajesh’s place is beautiful and elegant for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with nature all around.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the whole experience seamless from check-in to check-out. What we loved the most was the peaceful atmosphere and the little details that made the stay feel special—whether it was the comfy beds, the well-equipped kitchen, or the beautiful surroundings. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. We’re really happy with our stay and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Arpan Villa. clean and hygiene home with beautiful surroundings. Caretaker Dinesh and his family ensured our stay was comfortable. Private swimming pool, rain dance, Machan , slings, games all in good condition. Cheery on th top was Food. Homely piping hot "Chulha cooked" delicious food was provided. we had all 3 meals at villa. Carefully curated place with lots of greenary and even place for reading book. Everyone in my family from 3 yr. old to 60 yr. old enjoyed here. Overall, it's a great property for family, group of 5-10 ppl to have either a peaceful or a private party type stay. I will definitely recommend Prajesh's Arpan Villa to anyone planning to visit ghrishneshwar, ellora caves or a offsite stay near Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar.
