Monthly Rentals in King West Village, Old Toronto

My family and i had a great time staying on King Street West, the apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from all the main attractions of downtown. The Apartment was clean, looked like the pictures and had plenty of spaces for it to be comfortable. Host was responsive and friendly, had no issues getting to the property or checking out. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Toronto. Awesome.

I really enjoyed my stay here and was sad when it came time to leave. Linda’s co-host Elisa is one of the most kind and accommodating hosts I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay, including a shower stool and a space free from fragrances and allergens. She was proactive, respectful, and willing to learn. She was also responsive, taking care of any issues that came up quickly. She even let me use her streaming service to watch TV on my iPad. For long term stays, these things make a huge difference. The space itself is extremely comfortable, with many cozy places to sit, as well as lightweight comfortable barstools that can be moved around as needed. It is extremely well designed and functional. The internet is fast enough for streaming and video calls with multiple participants. The location is very walkable, with multiple parks, restaurants, shops, events, and a great gym nearby. Jeffrey and Bibi were wonderful hosts - very considerate and accommodating. The coach house is extremely well located and only a short walk from lots of great food, nightlife and activities. Being right on Trinity Bellwoods Park was also a big bonus so we could go out for walks / runs and enjoy some fall foliage. Highly recommend staying here!

Streetcar passes almost right in front of it. It is within walking distance to many places and is a lively neighborhood, all the staff are warm and helpful. The only problem is that if you are staying for a long time, the window does not have a view outside.
