it was great home . Me and my 4 kids where traveling through town and I had to find a place fast because or class A motorhome had run into major issue and so happy I found this place. it was great. the pond was perfect for fishing and right across the way from a skate park. I was able to grab our stuff from the f.v for my kids to play. We even where able to make friends with a couple local families. If ever in Kingsland would and will rent again.

My sisters and I came here to stay for the weekend to visit some family that lives in Jacksonville. The house was so fun! We love the pool and the hot tub! The backyard was amazing and the house was so nice and fun!

The house was very cozy. The front porch with the porch swing and the back screened in porch were my two favorite places. Also the couches and chairs were extremely comfy.

Beautiful home in a peaceful and private location yet 5 minutes from the beach. We loved the house and especially the patio with its view of the water. It was wonderful to sit out there every evening with a drink and watch the sun go down. We also loved the “wild” garden out front. A really lovely place where I felt right at home. Thanks Joss!

What a great location!! We loved the nostalgia of the 1910 General Store. Definitely worth the money!! Great places within walking distance!

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

We’ve stayed here multiple times, always enjoyed it! Family loves the house and proximity to the beach and shopping/restaurants, etc.

We were in town for a baseball tryout and this was the perfect place for us and our boys. The home was exactly as described, beds were comfy and everything was clean when we arrived. The backyard was perfect for relaxing, with a great fire pit and pool table, and we even caught a couple good size bass in the lake behind the home. Mac was super responsive to our questions and incredibly helpful. Would recommend!

Great place! It was right across from the pool and playground! My kids had sooo much fun with the NBA game. It rained a lot while we were there and we were stuck in the house but there was sooo much to do. There are board games, air hockey, UNO, and giant screens to watch movies.

Can't say enough about how great a host James was. He was responsive in a timely manner everytime I had a question. The place was immaculate!! A well spent Birthday getaway!!

We had a great stay. This place is kept in top notch condition and was very well stocked - best in all the Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Amazing location / super convenient. Super comfy beds and couch too. We will definitely be back!

My family two babies and a dog stayed here for a long weekend trip. It accommodated all of our needs and was easily located to pool beach. The park right next door was ideally the best part for babies and dog. Would stay here again

Beautiful, well maintained, clean and thoughtful decor and amenities. Very comfortable beds, linens, looks just like the photos and everything inside plus instructions for getting there is very well thought out. Highly recommend! Host was flexible, responsive, and allowed us an early check in which was a huge bonus for me with work calls.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. It’s just a short walk to the beach. The location was perfect, and the condo itself was just as described—nicely furnished and well-stocked. I would definitely recommend staying here and would absolutely book again for our next visit to Florida!

If you're looking for a place to stay with lots of room, beautiful scenery, clean and quiet location, this is the place for you! There was ample parking and the entrance was easy to get to. There's plenty of bedding upstairs for adults, kids, teens or any big group. In the bunk bed room upstairs, there is a balcony where you can sit outside. Look at the marsh and take in all the beautiful views and enjoy the crisp breeze that blows. All throughout downstairs there was lots of seating for a large group or any gathering. The pool was refreshing and the views of the marsh were breathtaking both at sunrise and sunset. The pool area was relaxing and had plenty of seating. The patio off the pool area had comfortable seating. It was also a great spot for reading if a quiet area is needed. The kitchen area was spacious enough for cooking. There were plenty of utensils, dishes and storage. Will love to revisit in the future.

Pictures do not due this apartment justice, it is significantly bigger than what is advertised. Very easy to find and in a good neighborhood. Josh was very responsive and even had the TV logged into streaming sites for guests to use. Overall the apartment was very nice and made for a relaxing trip.

From the first minute I booked it Sam was on the money. He was fast to respond, kind, easy to work with and extremely helpful. The little place was clean, comfortable and easy to access. I was there by myself so I stayed in the room with the bigger bed. It was quite comfortable and had a ceiling fan. The bathroom was a little tight but it was clean. The washing machine and dryer were fantastic amenities to have. It wasn’t really clear that it was an apartment but that wasn’t that big a deal. The only complaint I had is the inconsiderate people who blared their music at night. Sam can’t control that so that’s not on him. The area isn’t the best but I wasn’t worried about anything. It needs to be more clear that this is an upstairs apartment. The ad was a little unclear. The price, the location for where I needed to be, and the surrounding area was outstanding. I would stay there again. Sam is fantastic to work with.

Beautiful home! Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, extremely peaceful and tranquil home! Had a super cool tire swing in the back for the kids (they loved it). Plenty of space for my family and dogs. Decor is trendy and cute with small accents / pops of color all around. We loved our stay!

Would definitely rent again.

Had a amazing stay, would stay again. There was a wasp nest on the porch and I was scared of one of my kids getting stung and they had a pest control specialist out within a couple of hours!

Great hosts and quite family friendly neighborhood would definitely recommend this place!

Extremely friendly and super helpful with any and everything needed! Will definitely be back when we come to finish the job we were down there for. Even bought a motorcycle from them that they had at the house. Haha.
