The apartment is stylish, comfortable and very clean. We loved the view and the space was great, high ceilings and period features. Having been to St Leonards before we knew that our favourite restaurants were walkable too. Moyra was a great host and very helpful and considerate about check in time, much appreciated.

My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful stay here. Well presented property - accurate photos, immaculately clean, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful, with shops within short walking distance. Parking spot was a great help! George was very helpful and quick to respond. Would stay again, whenever in the area!

We stayed here 4 nights. Altho the temperatures outside we quite high it remained really nice and cool inside, which we liked a lot. The garden is really cozy and provides both sun and shadow which makes it a pleasant place to relax. Everything was as described and the flowers and milk provided were welcoming extras. The only criticism we have is that the countertop felt a bit sticky and that the cupboards are quite cluttered and we had to search sometimes to find what we needed. Overal we would definitely recommend staying here.

Just experienced the most perfect 3 day stay, in an absolutely ideal location in Rye. A spotlessly clean, stunning character filled property with low beams, wonky walls and sloping floors, which all add to it's wonderful charm. A very responsive, helpful and kind host, who really wants you to enjoy your time there. No questions too hard and always a very warm prompt response from Becky. After booking at the last minute, Ben was super responsive and happy to accommodate. We had a great weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. A great location for the Park. And handy walk down the road/path from the house to end up by the giraffes!

We spent a few days here and were all blown away by the space! It’s modern and interesting and perfectly curated for a relaxing stay. The outside area is a haven and the hot tub, a wonderful bonus. Ben was an exceptionally friendly host and made us feel welcome in the space, giving us recommendations and if we bumped into him, he always asked how we were - it made the experience even better. It is by far the best Air BnB I have stayed in!

Lovely place to stay, loved the bedrooms that were different styles. Close to Whitstable and the use of the private lake was a nice bonus as we do paddled boarding. Perfect 👌

Fantastic space available - town centre location - but not noisy at all. The house is stunning, with everything you could need for a stay. My friends and I will rave about this house, it was perfect for us! Thank you Karen - you made it very easy for us - I don't have one negative to say about it.

I ended up cancelling, however, the host was most accommodating, responded to my messages within minutes and will be booking to stay at a future date.

This is my 2nd visit to Richard’s property and I still love it as much as I did the first time. Right in the centre of Canterbury, it’s a perfect location for shops, museums, transport etc. The apartment has everything in it you need and is very comfortable. All contact with Richard is fast and friendly. His written instructions are very clear on accessing the apartment too. Fab place, fab City, fab host.

We have just arrived home after a wonderful short break at Seascape, celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. Seascape is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and it felt like it had been newly decorated and furnished. It’s great to have two levels and two bathrooms. Felt very spacious and incredibly peaceful with the most glorious view. We spotted dolphins out in the bay from the balcony. Highly recommended. By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We also enjoyed the cafes and restaurants in St Leonard’s and the walk to Bexhill. Really didn’t want to return to 30 degrees heat in London. Thank you!

This was our fourth stay here at David's Annexe which really speaks for itself. It's the gift that keeps giving each time we return. The annexe was spotlessly clean as always ,with all aspects of our stay catered for.We wanted for nothing in the chalet as everything had been thought out carefully. Even dog blankets and doggy treats for those who bring a dog,although we didnt. The weather was beautiful every day,which was a bonus. The bed was so comfortable,and the kitchen area was superb. The milk in the fridge which was waiting for us on arrival,along with the yummy biscuits were really appreciated after a long journey. David and Lisa our hosts as always were more than happy to help out with any request,always with a genuine smile that made such a difference. We want to mention Reggie their lovely dog,who always made us welcome when we sat out on David's private beach on the seats he so kindly made available to us for free use. So in a word it was Utopia. This was such a lovely flat! Gorgeous view, close to town, seafront and West Cliff. I loved the little balcony and garden at the back, it was a sun trap and so peaceful. The flat is super clean and has everything you need, had the best stay!
