Das geräumige Ferienhaus (200m², 3 Doppelzimmern, 3 Terrassen) ist umrahmt von Wald und Wiesen und liegt 1,5 km von Ortszentrum Gmunden entfernt. Von allen Räumen genießt man den weiten Blick auf den See und das umliegende Bergpanorama. Direkt vom Haus können Spaziergänge, Wanderungen und Radtouren unternommen werden. Außerdem gibt es unten am See einen kostenlosen Badeplatz mit Tischtennis, Volleyball, Paddelbooten usw (12 Min Fußweg, 1 Min mit Auto). Wir haben Fußbodenheizung bzw -kühlung.

Die Fußboden beheizten Holzböden in Kombination mit großen Fenstern schaffen ein herrliches Wohlfühlklima zu jeder Jahres-, Tages und Nachtzeit. Die Anlage ist terrassenförmig angelegt. Es gibt ein Upper-, Garden- und Aussichts-Deck, wo man zwischen Sonne und Schatten, Ruhe, Entspannung wählen kann.
