When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

The cottage is in the small village of Gressingham in the beautiful Lune valley and Forest of Bowland AONB. There is easy access to both the Lakes and Yorkshire Dales national parks. In addition the attractions of Kirkby Lonsdale, the historical city of Lancaster and RSPB reserve at Leighton Moss are only 15-20 minutes away. Gressingham is a small, picturesque village and makes the perfect location for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a country break.

Burton-in-Lonsdale is a compact village of 600 residents within a short walking distance from the community shop. The village pub has re-opened (Wed-Sun) but currently not serving food.
