On the ground floor there is a new security room and it is also used by our wonderful permanent tenant who lives on the ground floor, Yehoshua.

It has 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room opening to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 toilets, and 2 showers. The house is bright, renovated, and surrounded by a large blooming garden with swings, a fire pit, and a fish pond.
