Holiday rentals with beach access in Kissamos

We really enjoyed staying at Giannis apartment! It’s in a great position if you want to visit Falassarna, Balos, Elafonissi. The house is perfect for 4, it’s near to the small center of Kissamos. Nearby to a bakery, the supermarket and some small shops. Giannis is really friendly and very helpful. We recommend it.

We had a very warm welcome in an ultra clean apartment. Everything and more was provided. Loved our stay and the area! Thank you for having us, we would love to come back!

We have just had a few amazing days staying at Despina’s wonderfully equipped, spacious & ultra clean apartment. The location is peaceful and calm - with the west facing balcony commanding views over olive groves and the sea. We saw the most amazing sunsets - you will certainly not be disappointed. Despina is lovely, - chatty, warm & friendly - & genuinely likes meeting people which was fabulous for us as we do too :) She is also an amazing cook. In all my years of traveling all over the world, I’ve never met a better host than Elena. She was absolutely the best! The apartment was beautiful and the view incredible. Elena gifted us delicious local treats and their own olive oil, raki and wine. We felt so at home and taken care of. I would definitely return and stay here again. The only thing to keep in mind is that one of the bedrooms doesn’t have a window but it’s great for anyone who likes to sleep in the dark. We had an amazing time staying here as a family.

Very nice home and location very nice, walkable to harbor and old town which was very nice! Lots of restaurants! The house was very clean and comfortable and really pretty view of the sea from living room area. The layout was very nice as bathroom on floor of living are and second floor with bedrooms with full bath very nice, lots of room!! My only complaint was, in my opinion, the portrait over master bed was very provocative and also, in my opinion, offensive being a female. Don’t understand why there must be naked pictures of female. This really offended me and can’t understand why??? Laura Rehm

We had a lovely week in Crete. The accommodation was beautifully presented with great amenities. The perfect balance of the privacy of your own villa with the benefits of a small resort. Poppy and Alexandros were extremely helpful and accommodating - thank you for a lovely stay.

Really great place with stunning view! Communication was really easy and Alexia was always available for questions. The neighbor is full of nice restaurants and we felt very welcomed overall.

It's a dream come true! This accommodation was simply perfect – from the amenities to the loving furnishings to the warm hospitality of Ksenia and Giannis. Everything is high-quality, tasteful and designed with so much attention to detail that you feel comfortable and welcome from the first moment. A real highlight was the terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea - waking up in the morning with the sound of the waves, ending the day in the evening with this panorama... priceless! The proximity to the cozy tavern, which is run by the host family, was also particularly nice. The same warm, open atmosphere prevails there as in the accommodation. We spent wonderful evenings there with delicious traditional, regional Greek cuisine, live music and a lot of cordiality. A place we think back to with a smile – and one we definitely want to come back to. A thousand thanks for everything!

This was one of the nicest and best equipped AirBnB we have stayed in. Maria was so attentive and had so much helpful information about the town and places to visit. Our bed was luxurious to sleep in and a peaceful respite from the warm weather. The washer/dryer was great (though takes some time to cycle through). The location was amazing and on the cutest street in town. It was right down from a great vintage/second hand store (Vintage Rose) and a great sandwich shop (Pork to Be Wild). The food from Maria’s mother made us feel so welcomed along with the best honey ever. Don’t miss the Saturday market. Amazing!

Absolute bliss. This house is in the beautiful Topolia, a small town on the road to the popular Elafonissi Beach. The actual house is perfect—clean, save, good bathroom, kitchen and stunning view. The bakery and taverns in town are amazing. Much better food than near the beaches. Try the classic crete food and enjoy the wonderful view.

This is a family home. You can feel the memories and laughter from the years. It is adorable and cozy and Laura is so kind. I loved the hammock out front. A full kitchen available. Walkable to restaurants and the water.

Absolutely perfect! Brilliant property and brilliant host. Despina was so lovely, gave us great recommendations and she even left us some food in the fridge for breakfast because of our late flight. we had a wonderful time in this apartment for 17 days in May / June 2025. The area is beautiful, at a short distance you can walk beautifully and in the evening you look out over the mountains while eating. The apartment is spacious and cozy. The only downside is that there is only one gas burner for cooking. On the other hand, the hostess offers to cook for you (for a small fee) if you want. You should definitely do this because she cooks wonderfully. In addition, she is very caring and does everything to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

Our host was very careful for details, kitchen had all necessary stuff, fridge, etc. everything was clean. Host gift us welcoming gifts and that was lovely ❤️. Nice location, beach is close and you can go to supermarket in 10min on bus. And 25 min to Chania, bus stop is near. Living there was a pleasure.

Perfect place to visit Crete. Restaurants and supermarkets in feet distance. Easy to go to Balos, Elafonisi and Chania by car. Very comfortable fully equipped apartment. Terrace is really big and amazing. Hosts are very friendly. We came at night and Alisia's mom cooked for us hot fresh greek meal. Thank you so much! Definitely recommend!

This is absolutely our favorite Airbnb that we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot). The place is adorable. Katerina is very responsive and lives right by the apartment. The view is wonderful, and both the living room and twin bedroom have doors that open onto that view. It has everything you need and more, with Katerina providing treats and even cereal and milk for that first morning. The air conditioning worked well, but there is also a lovely breeze from the sea. There are tons of restaurants and cafes just below the apartment as well as with 5 and 10 minutes walk in Old Town. It would be comfortable for a couple and a third person (such as a child) or two people, each with their own room. The washing machine was great to have, and you can dry clothes on the lines off the balcony. We did not want to leave.

It was one of the best airbnb stays I’ve had in Greece, the hosts were extremely kind and helpful and Kissamos is a cute little village with great beaches and views. Highly recommend it!

The place was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. It's very close to the beach and there are many shops nearby. The host Alkis was very polite and always answers within minutes if we needed anything. He went out of his way to help us when we needed a hand. Not to mention that he offered us a drive to the bus station.

Great location, you can walk to many places, there is a delicious cafe nearby Convenient space space The host was very nice!Very prompt and responsive!Allows us to check in early😃 and also allows us to park for a while after check-out. This is really good (because it is difficult to find a parking space on the road nearby) This building is new and has a nice elevator The room is also very clean and cozy, fully equipped, there is also complimentary mineral water in the refrigerator, there is a full-length mirror in the bathroom, a makeup mirror in the bedroom, the hot water is very warm, the lights in the bedroom are also very bright, I like it here ~ I can hear a little bit of the traffic outside in the bedroom, but it's acceptable. It's just that I'm a light sleeper, so I noticed this. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

I really recommend this place. Clean, is in a strategic position in kissamos, where you can reach all the principal locations as balos elafonissi and falasarna. The house Is very nice, It has everything, with two bedrooms, washing machine and Is very clean. Eleni has been very nice to us, informing how It works with the house and providing informations about the places to visit and where to eat. Thank you for opening your house to us!

This Airbnb is just like the photos and worth the distance from Old Town (about 0.4 miles). The terrace wraps around the entire flat and has many seating options in sunshine and in shade. It’s surrounded by beautiful, well-cared for plants with a stunning view of the Sea of Crete and of Chania itself. You can take the stairs or there is an elevator. The hostess left some local treats for us as well as a lovely bouquet of flowers! Absolutely top notch! There is also air conditioning if the fresh air is too warm. The hostess was friendly and responsive. This was the best of 4 Airbnb’s we stayed in throughout Europe. The only thing to note is that the electricity is only on when the card is in the holder by the door. So, if you leave with the dryer or dishwasher running or charging devices, they will pause until you return.
