We were absolutely delighted with this villa. Everything is very new, very clean, an incredible large pool, a very large amount of dishes: many glasses, beautiful plates. Everything is thought out here for your comfortable stay. There is also everything you need for a grill, the grill is clear and easy to use. We were on holiday in a company of 6 people, and everyone had the opportunity to retire to this villa, as it is very large. An incredible view opens from the terrace. Very quiet and calm. The owner gave all the necessary instructions for living in the villa in advance. The transfer of keys was contactless, clear and convenient. Highly recommended!

Idealne miejsce do wypoczynku. Spokojna okolica. Apartament ma wszystkie udogodnienia. Bardzo blisko do miejskiej plaży i portu. Lokale gastronomiczne z bardzo dobrą różnorodną kuchnią na tej samej ulicy. Od początku rezerwacji aż do wyjazdu stały kontakt z właścicielką p. Eleftheria, która była pomocna na każdym etapie naszego pobytu. Napewno warto skorzystać z tego apartamentu.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super. Die Unterkunft und der Außenbereich sowie der Pool waren sehr geräumig und man hatte durch den Ausblick ein Gefühl von Freiheit. George war ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hat stets schnell auf unsere Anfragen geantwortet. Direkt vor der Villa verläuft eine viel befahrene Straße. Wer empfindlich auf Straßenlärm reagiert, sollte das berücksichtigen. Uns persönlich hat dies aber nicht beeinflusst und wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt hat uns der zweiwöchige Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

A lovely flat in a beautiful setting. The flat was as described, plus a large veranda. It was easy to find (it’s listed on google maps), and Yiannis was responsive and helpful. Vouni Panagia is just across the road, where you can do a very reasonably-priced wine-tasting with great Cypriot wines. We walked part of the Vouni Nature Trail, which was also spectacular.

Wow- words can’t describe how much we enjoyed the stay at Nikos’ place. The room was great, but most importantly, Nikos was an amazing host. Took great care of us and provided the best customer service! It really enhanced our stay. The room is walkable to everything in Paphos and it is a great place to stay if you want to explore. Thank you for such a great time!

We had an amazing stay at Matteo Villa! The property is not only beautiful but also incredibly well-equipped — perfect for a comfortable and memorable getaway. We stayed for a special occasion (my 30th birthday 🎉) and it couldn’t have been a better setting! The jacuzzi, infinity pool, and sauna were absolute highlights — such a luxury to have all of that right on site. The garden bar made our evenings feel like our own private resort. Inside, everything was thoughtfully prepared: a water fridge, full kitchen equipment, plenty of towels and even beach towels, which was such a nice touch. The location is stunning — perched above the clouds with the most beautiful sunsets and peaceful views. It felt like a proper escape while still being close enough to everything we needed. The self check-in process was super smooth and easy, and communication with the hosts was excellent throughout. Highly recommended — we’d absolutely love to come back!

Schöne, moderne Wohnung in einem ruhigen Apartmenthaus. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lediglich die Duschkabine im Badezimmer war etwas ungepflegt.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment, it was lovely and clean when we arrived and well stocked with basic necessities. The apartment was situated in a lovely area of paphos and within walking distance of the beach and plenty of restaurants. The old town was a 30 minute walk from the apartment which was walkable in the evenings when the temperature was cooler. The host was very responsive and ensured to provide plenty of good communication. We were also provided with some lovely recommendations of places to visit and restaurants during our stay which we enjoyed. Overall, the apartment was lovely, clean on arrival and situated in a great area of Paphos. We had a lovely holiday so thank you to our lovely host.

i have stayed in many Air Bnbs all over the world and i have never had a host as responsive, friendly and helpful as Nadia. not only did she offer to send us a taxi to pick us up at the airport but even pick up some food for us from the local shop! The apartment was as described and well worth it for the price! about 20 minute walk to paphos old town and 15 mins to venus beach. all the pools were lovely and the view from our balcony was beautiful. we will definitely stay here again if we come back to cyprus! top tip would be to conquer the buses it made our holiday a lot cheaper and they came quite frequently.

This quaint little place with big personality and warmth exceeded my expectations and I would definitely book this place again!

A lovely stay in Peyia. Everything we wanted and more. Must stay if you are in Peyia and also good distance for everything like Avakas Gorge, Blue Lagoon, Paphos and more...

It’s a 5 star accommodation on AirBnb and that is no easy thing to accomplish. If you are lucky enough to find it available, don’t hesitate. I’ve been using AirBnb since 2016 for all my vacations and this is in the top 3. Recomand it with all my heart

The apartment is super well equipped, comfortable and clean. Everything looks brand new and it’s really cozy. There are restaurants and markets on walkable distance.

Simon's description of his apartment & neighbourhood is totally honest and accurate. It is clean, fresh and airy and perfect for those just wanting to chill, or for those who simply want a base for exploring further afield. It has everything necessary to enable self-catering whilst being really well situated to allow for very reasonably priced eating out. With wise choices, you can quickly learn how to eat out cheaper than to self-cater! There is also a commercial laundry just outside the gate, a small coffee shop & supermarket, and various excellent grills & tavernas. The apartment is definitely not the best for those who love people-watching but a 10-minute walk will take you to the beach area where you can rent a sun-lounger & umbrella for £5 per day. A 15 min. walk along the beautiful front will take you to the harbour area, again with plenty options for eating out & stunning sunsets at the end of the day. Simon is always ready to advise - nothing seems too much trouble!

Janes apartment was just what we needed just back from two fantastic weeks , we arrived at silly o’clock in the morning and because Janes instructions were so clear that was a perfect start to our holiday , the apartment had everything you need plus lots of other things to make your stay pleasant, this was my first air B&B it was just perfect so many fantastic places within walking distance to eat out at too , the pool was a delight to use too , thank you for a fantastic holiday , we will be back .

The flat was well equipped and even have more than what we expected. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Also, a washing machine with a couple of Lynsey sachets that allowed us to go back home with clean clothes on. Highly recommend it

We are satisfied with our stay. It is a small place, but enough for 2 people for a short stay ( we stayed for 4 nights). 10 mins walking distance to coral bay beach and a lively street full of restaurants yet inside a residential complex so it’s calm. The kitchen was equipped for simple cooking and there’s a nespresso machine. Functioning AC, tv and sofa. My only concern was the ants problem ( which i also saw in another review). We bought some fruits and it attracted some ants coming from outside. So it’s a bit annoying to have to really be careful on not leaving any food or crumbs.

I highly recommend it to everyone, it felt like being at home. The place is beautiful, and everything you could possibly need is there. It's great that you can check in so flexibly and independently. The place was clean and well equipped. One of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in.

Spotlessly clean on arrival. Fully equipped kitchen. Convenient location and very walkable to nearby beach, harbor, castle, mall. Nearest groceries supermarket just 3 minute walk away. Easily accommodated our family of 4 which included two late teens children. Not the quietest of neighborhoods, but that did not interfere with our enjoyment of the apartment and was a small price to pay for the convenience of the location. Would recommend.

Estea's place was a good base for us to enjoy our stay in the Paphos area. The Apartment is basic but functional with everything you could need for your stay. Location wise its a short walk to the Kato Paphos area where there are bars and restaurants and the harbour a little further. The old town is a longer walk but is worth a visit too. Parking is free and very useful if you have a car. The area itself seems a little rundown but did not feel unsafe, there are lots of new developments going on around it with new buildings being built. We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.

Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt. Das Bett ist mit 1,2m eventuell für manches Paar zu klein. Dann unbedingt Jacobs Tabs für Kaffee organisieren. Savvas Grill Restaurant mit tollem Stifaki gleich ums Eck. Zum Strand 10 Minuten. Einfacher Standard aber bis auf Geschirrspüler alles da. Der Blick vom Balkon und die Atmosphäre beim Frühstück sind es Wert hier zu buchen.

Lovely peaceful area loved sitting on the balcony watching the sea the apartment had everything you needed Glenis was a wonderful host and Jane was also brilliant with her support and local knowledge I certainly would recommend a visit
