Cozy alpine guesthouse cabins with in-house natural hotspring baths in the forested highlands of Japan's epic 3000m Nagano Alps, offering the closest possible accommodation to the "Roof of Japan" - the Alpine Route and Takase hiking treks. Hakuba ski resorts start 15 minutes away. We also have a compact music studio in the main lodge with guitars, bass, keyboard and electronic drum kit - suitable for a small group of musicians with space for 3 to 4 players and 6 to 8 intimate audience seats.

Hakuba Powder Mountain Lodge (2 Bedroom)

Hakuba Powder Mountain has an unsurpassed ski-in/ski-out location. Just 1 minute access to Hakuba Happo-one ski lift. In 2019, we are happy to inform you that we have renovated our lodge and all suites are brand new! If you like the sound of this, then Hakuba Powder Mountain is the perfect place for you. １）Get on the lift faster than anyone else! ２）No need to find hotels or accommodation far away from the ticket office for ski lift. ３）Ski slope for kids are just in front of your room.

Penke Panke Lodge - Double room w/Bath & Breakfast

This Double room with a private bathroom was completely renovated in 2024 and is nicely finished with many modern comforts and a nicely finished tiled bathroom. Penke Panke Lodge is located by the Sakka lifts at Happoone Mountain and is surrounded by trees and Tori Co restaurant is located opposite the lodge. The lodge also offers pick up and drop off service and shuttles to the Happo Gondola and also oneway dinner drops in the evening. We also have complimentary bikes for guests.

King or Twin Superior

This room is a Japanese Tatami room with western beds. The room is a south east facing room with great sunlight throughout the day. The beds can be set up as 2 x single beds or 1 King size bed. Extra futons can be added with up to 3 people able to stay comfortably. Extra costs per person for larger groups. Room includes: Buffet breakfast, Free wifi, 1 king or 2 single Beds plus extra futons if needed, sun room area, tissues, bedside table, bedside lamp, bath towels, heater.

Kizuna Lodge - Family Room (With Breakfast)

Kizuna Lodge is ideally located in Lower Wadano, at the base of Hakuba Happo-One Ski Resort and surrounded by the peaceful Wadano Forest. Enjoy the tranquility of a spacious forest setting while being just minutes from the ski lifts, Happo Village, the iconic Nagano Olympic Sign, Hakuba Fishing Pond, and the scenic Matsukawa River. A pet-friendly lodge with welcoming hosts and a delicious breakfast, Kizuna Lodge offers a comfortable home away from home in every season.

The Ranch- Ski in/out to Hakuba Norikura/ Cortina!

Price per room for 1-2 guests is 25,000 yen (16 + rooms total in lodge). Access to 3 chairlifts within 100 metres. Private guest only licensed bar with billiards table in lodge. Use of dining, laundry, commercial size kitchen, large ski dry rooms. Rental store directly behind lodge. Ski in ski out to both Cortina and Norikura. Amazing location! Villa - 2 Single beds -Private bathroom/toilet

Located a 15 min walk / 4 min drive from Tsugaike kogen ski area, a beautiful log cabin villa at the end of the road. The home features five ensuite bedrooms, carpeted and wood flooring throughout the home and heating throughout - everything you need to keep warm and cozy while enjoying the winter. The place is really quiet and peaceful surrounded by forest. Parking available. Breakfast included.

Chalet - 2 Futon beds - Share bathroom

Chianti Chalet is situated a short 15min walk from the gondola at Tsugaike-Kogen Snow Resort at the end of a quiet street backing onto a stream and surrounded by forest and mountains. The chalet features 7 guest rooms and a large common area which is great to share stories with fellow guest over après-ski drinks and a meal.

Enjoy a well-priced comfortable 2 room suite with private bathroom on the second story with a nice out look into the trees. One room is a Queen room with sitting are and the second room is a junior room with a bunk bed and desk and there is a bathroom in between the 2 rooms with separate toilet and shower room.

Penke Panke Lodge - Family room w AirCon + Deck

Loft style family room with beautiful view of Iwatake Mountain and down to the Matsukawa River in Hakuba. Enjoy a coffee on the verandah. This room is also great for anyone who is looking to Tele-work for an extended time and guest are welcome to use the large commercial kitchen in the lodge to prepare meals.
