The name "Tokiwaso" comes from Tokyo's Tokiwaso, a famous apartment building where manga masters such as Osamu Tezuka and Fujio Fujio spent their youth. Tokiwaso is now a place where artists exhibiting at the Genshikan Art Festival from around the world gather to complete their works. Additionally, the address is in Tokiwacho, Omachi City.
