Holiday rentals with a patio in Kitchener-Waterloo

Loved the place. The set up was really cute, and the location was great.

Kathy was great, always helpful and supportive. She even offered to let our dogs out if we were going to be away very long. Wonderful large back yard for them as well. Perfect for anyone staying with furry family. Plus the decor was very cute, and the yard amenities charming.

Julia was a wonderful host. The Airbnb was very charming, with an outdoor area perfect for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The small added touches were very much appreciated and everything was fully stocked. It was such a pleasure staying here and Julia made us feel right at home. Thanks so much !!

I spent a week here with my dog and it was one of the most beautiful clean places I’ve ever stayed. Patrick was very nice and friendly and responded very quickly every time I messaged. He also wished me a happy birthday without me even saying it was my birthday, so that was also very kind. I could go on about how wonderful my stay was but the last thing I’ll add is that the instructions on where to go and how to get inside were very thorough and helpful. Will definitely book again if I am in the area!

The apartment was great - we were nervous about the underground parking as we have a large SUV, but there were no issues. Plenty of room in the apartment, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, beds were comfortable and the view were amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Yara was an incredible host! This Airbnb is perfect, and has absolutely everything you need. I stayed in Yara’s Airbnb for an extended period and I couldn’t have stayed at a better place. It has a full kitchen, living room, basement bedroom, laundry and washroom. Highly recommend this spot for anyone coming to KW. Thank you so much for having me, and I will definitely come back if I’m ever back in the KW area!

What a lovely place to stay with such a wonderful host! The amenities were amazing - especially the lovely bedding! We used the pool and hot tub and both were lovely! Beautiful setting and stay!

Punit’s place was warm, welcoming and well maintained. The home is close to a busy road but punit provided ear plugs in the bathroom. The thought and care going into the property was well demonstrated through the amenities and touches. Punit was responsive and eager to help when questions arose. Our dog was very happy to stay there and we enjoyed the backyard, fire pit and hot tub thoroughly. Thank you for having us!

Katherine's place is stunning! The home honours its heritage with updated amenities. The pictures from the listing are accurate. Our stay away allowed us to celebrate family time with our adult children and their spouses. We enjoyed cooking food in the expansive kitchen and playing games at the dining room table together. The town of Paris is a quick walk to awesome shops, with beautiful views of the Grand River along the way. We would highly recommend a stay here!

This was the second time we stayed at this sweet house and we will look to rent it again the next time we are in town. It’s easy to get to; short drive to the university and to downtown; peaceful and relaxing and well-appointed. Highly recommend!

Had a comfortable 1.5-month stay. The place was clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was helpful and responsive. Only issue was the bathtub drainag, it was a bit slow. Overall, a pleasant stay and would recommend!

I appreciated having a few things in the kitchen that I could use on the first night until I got to the grocery store. Central Fresh Market is a walking distance from the condo for individuals that enjoy some home cooking while on vacation. The pool and bowling area was a great hit for those rainy days. Emma came to our rescue after our original booking fell through. She got us right away after a very long trip. She was kind and also gave us discount which was a plus. Our 6weeks stay in KW area was great. She was extremely quick to respond to all our questions. I will definitely stay in Emma's place again. Very clean condo and quiet neighborhood. Tyrone is easily the best experience I have had with AirBnb, an absolute gent of a host. Extremely helpful and gets back to you ASAP on any request! The apartment itself is really well set up with everything where you expect it and the layout makes it so easy to keep clean, it's also situated near some decent restaurants like Tamasha, Trunk and Coops Chicken. Obviously theres a Tim Hortons only a 3 minute walk and there's a groovy supermarket down King steet. Also very close to the Kitchener Markets. Next visit I will be staying here too if available.
