Our family has been making our memories here for over 25 years and hope you can make some too! With that this was our grandmother’s place and our place. It is not a luxury spot but has the basics for you. The Yachtsman 101 is super spacious at 1280 Sqft with 1 king bed with a private bath, 2 Twin bunk beds and a full bed in the second bedroom, The kitchen is large enough and equipped to handle all of your basic in-home meals with your family.

Our condo is the perfect place for a family vacation, a romantic weekend or a beach getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked for those stay at home meals. The living room has a small dining area, a sleeper sofa and leads to the deck, which overlooks the common area. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a reading area and a writing desk. A roll away bed and a pack and play are tucked away in the closet. The second bedroom has a futon couch, a futon chair and a closet full of beach items. Fun awaits!
