The accommodation is in a great location – directly opposite is a bus stop that takes you to the elevator in just 5 minutes. The apartment was extremely clean, and the landlady was very friendly. We felt completely comfortable.

We would have liked the information that there is really nothing in the kitchen (salt pepper oil, etc.) also that we should get toilet paper ourselves. But as I said. We (2 families) felt very comfortable. The homeowner lives in a self-contained apartment in the basement. He was super helpful and friendly and very eager to give us a nice and pleasant stay. The house is huge and the garden is wonderful. Our kids loved the pool and whirlpool. The view is great!!!! In our opinion, it makes sense to have a car on site. Our excursion destinations (Hexenwasser, Elmis Zauberwelt, and many more) are easy to reach within 20 minutes by car. We had a great time and can only recommend the place. We will be happy to come back sometime.

What a lovely place! A large new home, extremely well insulated and well laid out, the kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms worked well. An amazing play area downstairs to park the kids in! The house itself is located in a very nice area near the pistes. Ideal for the Kitzbuehl area. We went to Bramberg and it was barely 10 mins in the car in the moring. A special thanks to Kathi who gave us a blanket for a small child who broke her leg skiing and couldn't get into her normal leggings. It was very kind and much appreciated.

We LOVED our stay here! The house was perfect for our large group, and Nadine was even flexible with opening up an extra room on the ground floor for my handicapped MIL so she wouldn't have to climb the stairs. There were several great restaurants within walking distance and the gondola was also within walking distance. The house had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were very comfortable, and the little outside garden and seating area was so lovely and a very nice little retreat to enjoy the weather. Our only complaint was that we paid a refundable 200 euro cash breakage deposit when we arrived, but were only refunded 125 due to a tax that was not communicated to us prior. Otherwise, we highly highly recommend this home, would absolutely return, and even sent the listing to our friends who live locally to recommend to any of their visitors.

A beautiful stay in a very charming little cabin! Everything was super clean and lovingly prepared. The hosts were incredibly nice and warm – they felt immediately welcome. The surroundings are fantastically quiet, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. If you love the countryside, you've come to the right place. I will definitely be happy to return!
