Our Chalet Obenland is located on the Sonnberg above the village of Bramberg am Wildkogel in the Kitzbüheler Alpen. As soon as we look out the window, we feel connected to nature. For many years we have always fallen in love with this piece of paradise: skiing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, emerald mining, at the largest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml... Wildkogel Arena about 5 minutes, Ski area Kitzbühel approx. 15 minutes. Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun approx. 25 min.

Our apartment Glücksblick invites you to linger and feel good. Vacation in the middle of the mountains overlooking Itter Castle. Surrounded by nature and yet only a few minutes by car to the entrance to the Wilder Kaiser Brixental / Kitzbühler Alps / Ellmi's Magic World ski resort and much more, perfect for the whole family. Kaiserhaus Harald Astner Ebbs Studio 1

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

It offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and occasionally down to the clouds.

the Bräu ORIGINAL is a hotel that is currently not in operation. You stay in a hotel room in a hotel that currently does not offer any service. Directly across the street is the STEINERWIRT hangout & hotel with all hotel amenities. This is where your check-in takes place and there is the possibility for breakfast, lunch, drinks, coffee, dinner. Important: STEINERWIRT is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays! Both houses are located directly on Loferer Marktstrasse.

Welcome to Apartment 12, your perfect retreat for a relaxing stay. The 36 m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor and offers bedroom, living room with flat screen TV and seating area plus a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Enjoy the comfort of your own accommodation and relax in a quiet environment. From the living room as well as the kitchen you can access the balcony with forest view. See you soon!

The Fuchsbau room, located in Wildschönau, offers a view of the Alps. The 23 m² accommodation consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, providing space for 2 people. Amenities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. This accommodation features a private open terrace for you to relax and enjoy. Dogs are very welcome, even two or more in one apartment! (in the months of October and November no fee applies).

Room 3 – Cozy room in Fieberbrunn offers 18 m² of space for up to 2 guests. During your stay, you have a bedroom and a private bathroom at your disposal. The room offers a beautiful view of the city. Private amenities include Wi-Fi for connectivity and a TV that you can use with your own streaming access. A small, well-equipped shared kitchen is available to all guests of the accommodation and can be used together.

The Bellevue cottage is located on a small hill with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. Quiet, sunny. Enjoy the terrace and meadow. The hiking trails lead from the house into the mountains. Dogs are allowed only upon request, costs are EUR 15.00 per dog per day.
