Ein kostengünstiges Parken in Privater Umgebung sowie ein kostenloses Internet bieten wir Ihnen. Wir sind nur ein paar Schritte vom Stadtkern, zu Bootsanlegestellen und von den Bergbahnen entfernt. Lebensmitteleinkäufe und alle Arten von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr nahe und zu Fuß leicht erreichbar.

Our Chalet Obenland is located on the Sonnberg above the village of Bramberg am Wildkogel in the Kitzbüheler Alpen. As soon as we look out the window, we feel connected to nature. For many years we have always fallen in love with this piece of paradise: skiing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, emerald mining, at the largest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml... Wildkogel Arena about 5 minutes, Ski area Kitzbühel approx. 15 minutes. Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun approx. 25 min.

Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuesten Stand wieder hergerichtet Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit alten & neuen Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

The Sonnberg apartment offers a cozy vacation atmosphere at over 1100 meters above sea level. The underfloor heating, as well as the predominantly wooden furnishings, ensure a special feel-good factor. Whether in summer the evening ends with a glass of wine in front of the hut or in winter with a crackling wood-burning stove fire, in any case the accommodation invites you to relax.
