Our Chalet Obenland is located on the sunny mountain above the village of Bramberg am Wildkogel in the Kitzbühel Alps. As soon as we look out the window, we feel connected to nature. For many years, we have fallen in love with this piece of paradise again and again: while skiing, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, emerald prospecting, at the largest waterfalls in Europe in Krimml... Wildkogel Arena is about 5 minutes away, Kitzbühel ski area approx. 15 minutes Gerlos-Königsleiten, Zell am See/Kaprun about 25 minutes.

Our apartment Glücksblick invites you to linger and feel good. Vacation in the middle of the mountains overlooking Itter Castle. Surrounded by nature and yet only a few minutes by car to the entrance to the Wilder Kaiser Brixental / Kitzbühler Alps / Ellmi's Magic World ski resort and much more, perfect for the whole family. Kaiserhaus Harald Astner Ebbs Studio 1

Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Sonnberg Apartment

The Sonnberg apartment offers a cozy vacation atmosphere at over 1100 meters above sea level. The underfloor heating, as well as the predominantly wooden furnishings, ensure a special feel-good factor. Whether in summer the evening ends with a glass of wine in front of the hut or in winter with a crackling wood-burning stove fire, in any case the accommodation invites you to relax. It offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and occasionally down to the clouds.

This newly renovated, two-bedroom apartment has a spacious common area with a kitchen. Each bedroom has a closet and a nice wooden floor. This is the perfect location if you like hiking, biking, or skiing. The next ski resort is just a 20-minute drive away and within 40-45 minutes you can reach world-class resorts such as Soelden or St Anton.
