die neu renovierte wohnung liegt in zentraler, urbaner lage mit zahlreichen lokalen direkt vor der haustüre; die grazer innenstadt ist in wenigen minuten zu fuß erreichbar. die wohnung befindet sich im 4. stock (inkl. aufzug) und ist über einen ruhigen innenhof begehbar. sie besteht aus zwei zimmern inkl. kochnische, bad, wc sowie einem balkon mit wunderschönem blick auf den grazer uhrturm. für familien mit kindern (inkl. beistellbett etc.) sowie paare oder geschäftsreisende perfekt geeignet.

Apartment is located near the old city of Maribor (20 minutes walk) and 8 km from Maribor skiing and hiking area (Pohorje). It is surrounded with quiet and green neighbourhood. We would be glad to personally welcome every guest. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

On rainy days, you can enjoy cosy hours in the stylishly furnished living room via the free Wi-Fi and the Amazon Fire TV stick. A 24-hour check-in allows for a stress-free and flexible arrival.

The special feature of this apartment is its location, vis-à-vis the park, at the level of its treetops, overlooking “Schlossberg”, cathedral and the well known clock tower. Just a few minutes away from the city-center, perfect for two people, very spacey and with full equipment. Especially in summer the large terrace is the absolute highlight. The opera, University of Music an University of Technology are nearly next door.
