The unit also has a brand new kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, laundry room with combi machine. This unit also has an outdoor sauna with nice bathing facilities. This apartment also has its own jetty with space for a boat.

The cabin is a perfect place for relaxation in the sun or by the lake.

You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.
