Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun by the lake. Here it is far to the nearest neighbor and the large outdoor area invites you and your family to play and have fun. There is also plenty of space inside so here it is possible for two families to spend time together. Bring your own boat or rent a boat here (with fishing gear and water skis). Boat berth is nearby. 2 electric mountain bikes can also be rented. The interior is of an older vintage, but clean, nice and in order. Nostalgic and charming.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house overlooking Sandefjord city center. A staircase must be climbed to get there. It is therefore not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. The apartment faces north and has some sun in the morning during summer. Proximity to many beaches and outdoor areas. There is a bus stop 10 min walk from our house. 30-40 min walk to the center of Sandefjord with several restaurants and shops. Supermarket 10 min walk from our house. 2 min by car. 15 min to Torp airport by car.

Private terrace with sun in the afternoon. There is also the possibility of renting a barbecue hut that is located on the property. We rent out an annex/skipper's room that is located as a side building to the main house. Separate with private entrance and patio. Good standard with kitchen, bathroom, vestibule, living room and sleeping loft. Direct exit to sunny patio/garden with seating area, sunbeds and gas grill. Quiet and peaceful villa area with 300 m to the lake with great swimming areas, marina and the beautiful archipelago in Færder National Park. Possibility of agreement on rental of guest pass in local boat association.
