Welcome to 't Kleine Getij - A cozy summer cottage on the historic meadow of Wijk aan Zee. Enjoy a good night's sleep in the king-size box spring bed. Or relax an evening with your favorite shows. In the sun-drenched bathroom, you can relax under the rain shower. The compact kitchen is equipped for a delicious breakfast at the bar. And you can sit comfortably in the armchairs with a book. Perfectly located within walking distance of the bus stop, the supermarket, the restaurants and of course the beach and the dunes.

Tiny house with dock & view

This Tiny House, lovingly built by the owner, is uniquely located on the waterfront (a canal) in the green outskirts of Spaarnwoude. The perfect combination of space, nature and proximity to the cities of Amsterdam and Haarlem. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet and shower, and a dining area. Outside there is a terrace on the jetty. On the second floor, there is a double bed and a sofa, from which you can enjoy the special view over the canal.

PRIVATE BEACH HOUSE (first row) near Amsterdam

A Tiny house right on the small private little beach of IJmuiden next to the harbour. It is located right on the beach and 25 meters from the seafront. It has a front row location so has a perfect view. This is our weekend house and go there after work with the family every summer. To spend your evenings and mornings right on the beach in your private house is someting so good we can not describe! Amsterdam is very close (25min) and cosy Haarlem is even closer. Free private parking.

This beautiful family ship is fully equipped. There is a fully equipped kitchen, internet and toilet. There are 8 beds spread over a captain’s cabin, a room in the front and a fixed bunk bed next to the aisle. Showers are possible in the shower complex in the harbor, where 16 showers are available for you. You can also sail to Amsterdam and stay there for the night for example, or sail on the IJsselmeer or North Sea. We would like to tell you what is possible with our beautiful boat.

Anna's Beach house

The apartment is in the middle of the Kennemerduinen, with an unobstructed view of the dunes, the beach and the sea at the front. At the back, the apartment overlooks the dunes, where you can regularly see deer. The beautiful, wide beach is a 1-minute walk away, excellent for long walks or letting your dog run, kite surfing or just enjoying a bite or drink at a beach tent. In the evening, you can enjoy the sunsets from the balcony.

Beach house right by the sea

Directly on the beach and sea (about 66 steps from the sea on the 1st row). Amsterdam and Haarlem are easily accessible by bus (approx. 15 min. walk to bus stop). 1 sleeping place for 2 people (doubter), a sofa bed in the living room, kitchen and refrigerator (solar powered). No pets allowed. Max. 2 adults. Several restaurants are available on the boulevard (about 20 minutes walk from beach house). Free parking car.

This stylish industrial accommodation is perfect for up to 6 people, but less is also fine. You can use the spacious kitchen for cooking. Due to the location, you can be in Amsterdam, Haarlem or on the beach in no time. For example, take a lovely bike or walking tour through the dunes or go shopping in Haarlem or Amsterdam. Upon return, you can relax in the Finnish sauna.
