Wander- und Bikewege sowie die Skipiste gleich neben dem Haus, falls genug Schnee und die Piste präpariert ist. Der Bahnhof Davos-Laret und er Schwarzsee ist in nur 10min zu Fuss erreichbar. Apartment is located in a hotel where guests have free access to the wellness area with pool, spa sauna & gym located on the same floor. The hotel also offers a very nice bar and restaurant. Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt zentrumsnah (ca 15 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof) und doch in ruhiger Lage. Sie ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Badi (Sommer), dem Sportzentrum, Eisfeld (Winter), Tennisplatz, Spielplatz, Zwergenweg, einem kleinen Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. (5 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof und der Talstation Gotschnabahn). Die Langlauf-Loipe verläuft direkt hinter dem Haus.

The apartment has 60sqm, a south-west facing balcony and an underground parking space. There is a very nice swimming pool in the house (free of charge, closed 13.4.-26.6. and 26.10.-11.12.); the sauna can be used for 10CHF/2h. There is also a ski cellar, a table tennis room and a laundry room.

The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
