We stayed at Anna’s place for a week in early June. We were already familiar with the neighborhood as I visit Amsterdam regularly for work, but it was our first time staying at Anna’s place. It was wonderful. The apartment is spacious and clean, with lots of light, plenty of fresh air, wonderful views and an amazing library. It’s amazingly quiet and peaceful, despite being just a block from the metro and university, and an easy walk to so many cafes, restaurants and bars. Anna was a great host, and always responded quickly to us. We will be back!

What a wonderful spot in such a peaceful area. The flat was everything we needed and more. The personal touches we so nice and made us feel at home.

Location is ideal - in a lively area but off the main street. Check in and out were easy. Ela is quick to respond. Balcony off the bedroom was so lovely! Would recommend!

The tiny house is thoughtfully designed and has everything you’ll need during your stay in Haarlem. Bas was a communicative host and made sure that I felt right at home.

Cute and cozy spot with beautiful surroundings and accommodating hosts, conveniently close to the city without all the hustle & bustle. We especially loved renting a boat nearby at Bootverhuur Overleek and exploring the surrounding villages along picturesque canals. A lovely spot to stay.

We had great 7 night stay, everything is exactly as listed and pictured. Very clean, fantastic kitchen and plenty of fresh coffee beans provided with a high end espresso machine. This is also one of the best areas of Amsterdam to stay in. You’re so close to everything and it’s much more quiet here than in other areas of the city. The projector in the living room is really unique, we enjoyed watching movies on it in the evenings. Great TV in the bedroom as well with blackout curtains in there and it was very quiet. We’d highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity, you won’t be disappointed.

AMAZING week long stay!! Home is beautiful and in great location to walk to everything we needed. 15 min walk from Amsterdam central train station, lots of canals, cafes, & bikes!! Anne Frank House close. Perfect spot to enjoy King’s Day!!! Home is just as described, clean, had everything we needed. Hosts were responsive and provided great recommendations!!

Had a fantastic stay at Lester's place. Apartment is in a wonderful location with so many great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. It was also easy to connect to public transport when we wanted to go further afield. Apartment was clean and was exactly as described. Lester was a great host. I would highly recommend a stay in this property!

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

Very positive experience! The cottage is wonderful (and clean), the luxury is very nice and the area is beautiful. The animals (chickens and pigs) make it a very idyllic place. Rik and Hanneke are incredibly nice hosts, I would recommend this to everyone. Small things were very thoughtful, for example that Rik always and quickly responded to questions, Hanneke came after a question whether a drawing pen was present to bring a drawing pen (even before we actually needed it) and when we wanted to stay an extra night but this was not possible due to new tenants they thought along and were very flexible. In short, very good experience thanks to the landlords, the beautiful place and the nice house.

Birgit and her home are so wonderful! Birgit was so helpful showing us around the home and so gracious when our train was cancelled and we needed to stay another night. The home is clean and beautiful. We had plenty of space and loved having a quiet space after a day in a busy city. We hope to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and smelled amazing from the moment we walked in. It was also very peaceful — no noise at all, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

I wish I could give more than five stars! Miguel and Johanna were the best AirBnB hosts we’ve ever encountered. So welcoming, helpful, and kind. Provided lots of recommendations and were so accommodating. Our family of four found the apartment to be perfect for our needs, it was relaxing and peaceful after long days of walking. Miguel made us feel right at home. Thank you Miguel and Johanna for making our time in Amsterdam so wonderful!

I can honestly say that this was the BEST Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Perfect apartment: super clean, everything worked, plenty of amenities, comfortable bed, huge shower, cute balcony, just fab. Also a lovely area, very peaceful despite so many apartments around. Really helpful, responsive and friendly hosts - honestly, eveything about the stay was excellent. Els was very flexible about the arrival. She was extremely accommodating and very very attentive in the form of small amenities such as drinks and snacks. Even bikes were provided to us. We were positively surprised.

Perfectly located apartment from which you can enjoy a fantastic sunset in the evening. The beach bars are in the immediate vicinity. The center is about 15 minutes on foot. A plus point is the parking space belonging to the apartment and located on the property. We can definitely recommend the stylishly furnished beach house.

Bill’s apartment was fantastic for our stay. The parking was great and felt secure, and the tram link into Amsterdam is just around the corner. Great value for anyone looking to explore Amsterdam and be very comfortable over a long weekend!

Suzanne’s loft is truly a home away from home and filled with all the comforts and amenities you could ever need! So refreshing while traveling. We stayed only three short nights and our only regret is not staying longer. The loft is in the perfect location just a block away from restaurants, bars, and shopping. We had an outstanding experience staying in Sem and Louise's home. They were everything you could hope for in a host and more—friendly, proactive, and helpful. Their flat is lovely. It is stylish, well-appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and easy to navigate. The living room is spacious and a delightful place to read or watch TV. Though we didn't use it, it's really nice to have a full-sized dining table. The bedroom and master bath are upstairs. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has both a shower and a large tub. There's an additional small bathroom downstairs. It was clean and cheerful, and we loved feeling like locals for a few days. The neighborhood is great and walkable to many cafes and restaurants. The hosts left a binder with restaurant recommendations, which is how we discovered Little Collins and the Scandinavian Embassy. All told, the experience was a 10/10. We loved the apartment and the hosts and will definitely return.
