You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

The apartment is located in the Ammergauer Alps, right at the foot of the Hörnle Mountain. The hiking trail starts at just 50 meters away. The nearby Linderhof and Neuschwanstein castles are impressive attractions in the surrounding area. The quiet location offers the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and is the ideal starting point for hikes and exploring the mountain landscape. On your vacation, take a few steps slower than in everyday life and immerse yourself in life in the mountains in unspoiled nature. Take the time to yourself and make your vacation at the most beautiful time of the year. Our house is located at 1300 m near the forest. In winter, the ski slope passes in front of the house, and the ski lift goes up behind the house. In the summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. The parking lot is right in front of the house.

Maja's Cabin – A Fairytale Getaway in the Forest

Majas Hütte is a former hunting lodge in the middle of the forest, which has been transformed into a cozy nest. The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!

Our cozy Tyrolean wooden chalet offers a unique charm and space for 6 guests: one bedroom with comfortable double box spring bed and extra TV, another bedroom with 2 bunk beds and on the mezzanine there are two more single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The large terrace with magnificent mountain views offers garden furniture for eating and relaxing. For the children, there is a slide, a fence keeps small children at the house.

The Wichtelhütte accommodates 4 people. Thanks to its unique location at the edge of the forest, the property is perfect for enjoying and relaxing. The cabin features 3 single beds and one double bed. After a wonderful day in nature, you can relax in your very own private stainless steel hot pot. In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Plattnerhof, where you can enjoy a farmer's breakfast upon request, use the wellness area, or visit the many animals.

Welcome to our cozy log cabin in the Bavarian Alps. We built this log cabin with a lot of love for detail, as this is our profession. The log cabin is located near our carpentry shop and small farm and is located in the middle of the village. Please note: it is not on a mountain or on an alpine pasture. The village is alive! From your window, you can occasionally watch a new log cabin being prepared. Here you can experience country life up close!

The Riegsee is within 10 minutes, including a small inn and kiosk. The Sindelsdorf motorway exit (A95) is about 8 min. by car from the property. Fire pit, barbecue, parking and garden furniture are available. PS: The cabin is located right on a road that has a lot of traffic during the day

In the living room, a couch offers another sleeping option for children or another person.
