On the Raffner Alm in Ruhpolding at an altitude of 1000m, in the middle of the hiking area on the Unternberg, lies the alpine hut "Almbrünnerl" 30m². Protected on the edge of the forest. Equipped with a kitchen, a living room and bedroom combined with double bed 180x200, TV, WiFi, night storage oven, shower/toilet, covered terrace with corner bench and large table. The alpine hut can be reached by car on an asphalt road, even in winter. The parking is available right in front of Almbrünnerl.

Our own Starlink system provides you with high-speed internet. Bringing pets is possible by arrangement. Beautiful wooden house 35 min. from Munich

The house consists of 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds each & a bunk bed. In the large bedroom upstairs there is a home cinema system with Netflix connection. Furthermore, the house has 2 bathrooms with toilet & an additional toilet on the 1st floor. There is both a shower and 2 bathtubs available. On the lower floor there is also a gym & laundry room with washing machine incl. Dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped, including fully automatic coffee maker, etc.

The log cabin is built in alpine style. It was built from whole logs, from the region. On entering the house, the first thing that comes to mind is the fireplace, which provides cozy warmth in the cold season. The accommodation has a covered terrace with dining area and grill as well as sauna and shower outside. There are two bedrooms with lined real wood beds for up to 4 people, a bathroom and a living-dining area with kitchen.

The vacation home "Glasnalm" is located next to the listed Glasnhof in Dürnbach, a district of Gmund am Tegernsee. It is very quietly located in the middle of fruit trees and bee populations, but still very central to shopping opportunities for everyday needs. Lake Tegernsee is only 2 km away. The Glasnalm was rebuilt from solid wooden beams from 1747 as a small hut. You have a small, historic cottage with modern comforts.
