Welcome to our newly renovated penthouse in an 1800s house, located on the main street in Køge. The penthouse features a master bedroom, a guest room with an office and a sofa bed, a modern kitchen, a bathroom. The living room boasts impressive ceiling height and beautiful wooden beams, elegant lighting. From the living room, you can access a small balcony with a gas grill, which leads to a staircase down to your private parking. Only a 3-minute walk to the train and 10 minutes to the sea.

Gratis parkering Du har nem adgang til alt fra denne perfekt beliggende base. Huset indeholder en stue, en nyrenoveret og fuld udstyret køkken, et rummelige soveværelse med 180*200 cm seng, et lille værelse med 140*200cm seng. Derudover er der et badeværelse med bruser og toilet. Rengøringsgebyr på 450kr indeholder en linnedpakke. Ønsker man at bringe ens egne håndklæder, sengetøj, viskestykker er rengøringsgebyr 200kr. Forskellen på 250kr bliver udbetalt efter ankomst.

Hyggelig og nyrenoveret lejlighed i et større hus. Central beliggenhed i Køge centrum. Gå afstand til indkøb og tog. Tæt på strand og skov. Lejligheden udlejes som selvstændig del af huset. Men i den anden del af huset bor vi en familie som består af mor, far og to drenge på 6 og 7 år samt to nysgerrige hunde og en kat. Et soveværelse og evt. mulighed for opredning til mindre børn. It is located in the middle of the shopping area and just a 2 minute walk from the station, from where you can easily get to both Køge and Copenhagen. If you go the other way, it's a 10 minute walk down to our lovely sandy beach. Free parking at the station. In the summer, sometimes noise from the street can be expected at night

Velkommen til min hyggelig lejlighed tæt ved skoven, 2km til stranden og tæt på Vallø slot. Jeg bor i stueetagen, hvor vi deler badeværelset. Selvom jeg ikke er særlig god til engelsk, prøver jeg mit bedste for at give dig den bedste oplevelse. Vær opmærksom på at trappen til taglejligheden er meget stejl.
