Modern townhouse in the middle of Køge

You will be close to everything when you live our townhouse. Three minutes walk from Køge station with fast train connections to Copenhagen. The home is on the pedestrian street overlooking Sankt Nikolai church in a quiet farm. Private parking space in the yard, two double bedrooms and a small children's room with bunk bed. There is the possibility of an extra child. From all the bedrooms there is an exit to the balcony. From the living room there is access to the terrace. We have no TV package but a screen to stream on.

The house is located on the main road and 5 minutes from the highway to Copenhagen (30 minutes) and Copenhagen Airport (35 minutes). Large terrace and close to the beautiful large forest called Åsen. Køge is a very cozy town with lots of local shops in the center and a shopping mall with High Street brands. Only 10 minutes to the beach and marina by bike or car.

Forget your worries in this spacious and cozy space that offers you a great location to relax or explore Denmark. The house is nestled in between trees in a small, peaceful village called Ejby. Located within a ten-minute drive from Køge where you'll find shopping and restaurants in a historical setting with cobblestone streets and houses dating as far back as 1527. Wanna chill on the beach... no problem that's just a ten-minute drive to Køge Marina and beach park.

3 km south of Køge city center, this lovely annex is located in a quiet and rural setting. The annex is independent, with its own driveway, parking spaces, and a small courtyard. The annex contains 2 spacious bedrooms, as well as a living room, bathroom and kitchen. It is 400 meters to Køge Golf Club, 2.5 km to the station and about half an hour's transport to Copenhagen by car or by train. Baby cot(s) can be provided for an additional fee of DKK 125.

The house is located near 2 lovely restaurants and ice cream parlors. Close to Køge city center and the station, where the train can be taken to Copenhagen (approx. 35 min.)

Velkommen til min hyggelig lejlighed tæt ved skoven, 2km til stranden og tæt på Vallø slot. Jeg bor i stueetagen, hvor vi deler badeværelset. Selvom jeg ikke er særlig god til engelsk, prøver jeg mit bedste for at give dig den bedste oplevelse. Vær opmærksom på at trappen til taglejligheden er meget stejl.
