The house is on 2 floors, newer kitchen, bathroom, dining area and a large room upstairs with sofa set, 2 single and a double bed. There is an exit to the terrace overlooking horse pastures and the forest in the background. There is a private entrance and access to cozy patio with spa. There are 1 km to Herfølge station which has fast trains to Køge and Copenhagen. 4.5 km to Køge golf club.

The apartment is rented as an independent part of the house. In the other part of the house, we live as a family consisting of a mother, a father, two boys aged 7 and 8, and a curious dog. The annex has its own entrance, its own parking space, a bathroom and a cozy living room, which is perfect for both weekend stays and longer stays. There are bed linens, towels, shampoo, etc., so you can travel light and just enjoy your vacation. There is a well-equipped kitchen area with a refrigerator and a sink.

The home is located about 1 km. within walking distance to the station, from which it takes about 30 minutes by train directly into the center of Copenhagen. The home is close to many shops, and about 1.5 km. distance to the beach. There are 2 single beds located in the room on the 1st floor with 2 mattresses on the floor. This is the only room that can be used as a bedroom when renting.

A big garden surrounds the house with a playground. Only a 5 minute walk to a big forest. There is also a train station where the train can take you directly to Copenhagen city center in 42 minutes. Also located 15 minutes drive or 10 min by train to the beautiful old town of Køge and the beach.
