Holiday rentals with a patio in Kokkari

It was more than fantastic at Vanessa’s! Ormos is a cute authentic small village, the studio is on a quiet location, the crystal clear sea just across the road, with our own shady flowery garden and a food truck with delicious coffees (and drink!) just 50 meters away! We absolutely adore it! And Vanessa is super friendly and available!

The appartement is absolutely worth 5 stars out of 5 stars. It has all the facilities that you need and is spacey enough for a holiday. Many restaurants and shops in the immediate surrounding. It is easy to communicate with Giannis, he responds immediately. Our compliments !!

A beautiful stay in a very quiet place by the sea. We could get our apartment right in although we were 3 hours early! There is plenty of closet space with hangers for clothes. Plenty of equipped kitchen to cook for yourself. When we were unpacked, Maria and Nikos were waiting for us with delicacies, so sweet! The location is beautifully located by the sea. The car is next to the door or you can put it in the parking lot opposite. We were allowed to take the canoes. Nikos took us on fishing adventure. that was great experience! The caught fish cleaned and in the evening on the grill. how nice is that?! You just have to ask them, and they'll take care of it. For a walk, cross the road and walk up the mountain trails. You drive the car everywhere in no time. Walking or with a bike is a challenge. For peace and space, this is the ideal place. Anything you need is present. We have closed it in our hearts and hope to stay here again next. x

Beautiful place with a great host. The place is great and Nikos helped us with everything to make our stay with two babies very pleasant. You can also rent a car with very good deal.

Amazing appartment, one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever been to. The vue is obviously breathtaking. The appartment is on the second floor without lift which give you the most amazing view on the psili ammos sanded beach. In this tastefully decorated appartment you can find everything you need for the stay and a lot of recommendations. The appartment is also very very clean. Restaurants and bars are available on the beach, just a few meters away. they are very good and not too expensive. Still the area is quiet calm (september). It’s pleasent to be just a few steps away from the beach and restaurants. Chris, the host is very reactive, friendly, nice and helpful. We would come back in a hearbeat, we has the nicest time.

Very lovely host, she was in contact throughout my stay and very helpful. Very fast in responding. Would have loved to meet her in person but maybe I can come back another time :) would stay again!

I would recommend Eva's accommodation. The studio is very well equipped and has a large living room and balcony. "Home"...but on vacation. Sea and mountain views (both!) Eva is attentive to your requests while being discreet. My stay was a real success! Thank you and goodbye.

My stay at Angela's place in Samos was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stayed wonderfully cool even on the hottest days. I really appreciated the personal touches, like the delicious cookies she left for us. Angela's recommendations were spot on, making our trip even more enjoyable. Her communication was excellent, always checking in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved every moment of our stay and can't recommend it enough. Eleni”s Blue Aegean Seaview was one of the nicest apartments we have stayed. Full kitchen with nice table/chairs and living room was nice. We had two bedrooms with two bathrooms. Wonderful balcony and patio.

When we arrived home, we were greeted with fruit treats. Our kitchen appliances were brand new, and our coffee capsules were legendary. Although the air conditioner cooled the whole house, the ceiling fan in each room was also quite nice. The house is very comfortable and modern. Everything is clean and prepared with care and pleasure. It has a very pleasant veranda. We felt like we were at home, we never wanted to leave. Thank you for everything… ev is in the city center. It is in a very comfortable location.

i was with a friend at Sadie's place in Samos for 9 days, the first time walking for the house because google maps said to the left at the end where we had to turn right. For the rest, Sadie had given a route description with photos and that was actually very easy. Walking to the restaurants ( downtown) was 5 minutes, back up was a little longer to walk. We had rented a car and were able to park it very well personally, I think you need a car to make nice trips or days to the beach there. For the rest, Samos is really a great island where everyone can enjoy themselves. Sadie also has great restaurant tips in the cottage. We stayed at Welcome (book) and food was exquisite. I missed something in the cottage and after asking the question it was brought very quickly, I would definitely recommend the cottage.

Had a super nice vacation. The accommodation is located directly on the sea, we even saw dolphins! fully furnished cottage, nothing else needed. The kids had a great time, there are many beautiful beaches in the area, from 10 to 45 min drive, full choice! nice harbor with cozy restaurants under pink trees. Recommended!

We enjoyed stepping back in time at the Old Villa in Ormos. We liked having a larger fridge and stove for cooking. The location was perfect, very quiet and short walk to the port where we had many tavernas for meals. The courtyard was relaxing with lemon and orange trees and other flowers. A hammock would have made it perfect. We enjoyed the many paintings and artwork throughout the home.

That was amazing experiences for us. House was so clean and comfortable. It is very big and lovely place. Kostas and Malama are helpfull and friendly. They support us all way. We would like to choose same place for the next time. Thanks for everything:)

nice house, large balcony and nothing was missing. have been going to Greece for 30 years for holidays and if you like peace and quiet in the countryside as well as the sea, this is a very nice location. is really enjoyable.

We spent a good two weeks in Danjel's beautiful apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment is located in a quiet street from which you can walk to the beach and also to the center of Pythagoreio in a few minutes. Parking was no problem in the nearby public parking lot. The apartment is very spacious, so you can easily spend a longer time there with two couples or a family with 2-3 children. Everything was super clean, nicely decorated and very cozy. The two terraces are also great. Danjel is a very friendly host who was easily accessible and responded quickly to inquiries. We highly recommend the apartment for a stay on Samos and would be happy to come back!

Perfect vacation. Accommodation in a great location with sea view and practically 20 meters from the small beach of Ireo. The accommodation is cozy and well-stocked, easy to reach in the heart of Ireo. Clean and with everything you need. Beautiful balcony with sea view. It is also convenient to park the car. Ireo is a small, quiet town with several taverns and 2 small supermarkets where you can buy what you need every day, and other various shops. The nearby beaches are beautiful and easy to reach, but you need a car. We had a great time and overall we liked Samos very much. Manolis was very kind and very helpful. I recommend staying with him.

This was a bright, roomy apartment with multiple windows for fresh air and viewing. It is in a location that catches sea breezes, reducing need for AC. We particularly liked that it was an easy walk into the center of Fourni.

Nice stay with family in the house in Psili Amos. It was nice and quiet near a sandy beach. Katerina helped us very well and always right away! Friendly people in the neighborhood. Very much enjoyed!

Great accommodation and in a spotless location. Christ is one of the best villages to live in Ikaria. Very quiet and private. Mrs. Fotini is one of the most hospitable hosts I've ever met. We'd prefer it again with my eyes closed.

The place is beautiful. Host Monalis is quick to support in everything. Price performance is quite good.

Room was great, no kitchen but coffee maker etc and a fridge so everything you need for breakfasts, area is stunning - lovely gardens around the house v tranquil - Nancy was lovely and super helpful with recommendations etc 👍
