Guest house of 60 m2 with private entrance and small garden. The home is not handicap friendly. The house contains a bedroom, a large living room with the possibility of a workplace, a TV, a smaller bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with a washing machine and a dryer. The guest house is located in a quiet residential area 1.8 km from the city center and train station. Within 1.5 km are IBC, IBA, UC-syd, VUC/HF, SDU and the School of Design. Bus stop is 200 m from the home. If you have an electric car with a "type 2" plug, you can charge your car for a fee.

Located in the outhouse next to our own home. 5 km from E20/E45 and Kolding mall. Under half an hour to Legoland , Legohouse, and Givskud Zoo. There are about 700 meters to the shopping opportunity as well as bakeries. Cozy and peaceful garden where no facilities are to be shared with others. Good hiking trails in the area including at Donssøarna. There's also a bike path to Kolding.

We welcome our guests inside our spacious guest house, which is located near the beach and the city of Kolding. The house is divided into 2 floors where the 1st floor consists of a large living room and a hallway that leads to a spacious kitchen. In addition, the sofa can be folded out and used as a sofa bed with room for 2 people. There's also a large bathroom on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor consists of an open space with 4 beds and a toilet. Parking is just outside the house and is completely free.

"Søndergaard" is a disused farm with a living room from 1876, which is inhabited by the host family. The guest house was built in 2005 A large garden surrounds the farm, which is close to Åkær river valley - a nature reserve with fields, meadows and forests. From the farm there is access to nature trails.
