Completely undisturbed with a private entrance, private toilet and private outdoor area, good windbreak with two gas burners and free parking right at the door. In addition, easy access to trains about 900 meters and groceries/pharmacy/bakery/pizzeria within about 500 meters. Bathing currently takes place in the house, where there is also easy access to the basement and a nice large bathroom. Furry friends are welcome if they are sweet and well-behaved, but with a supplement for cleaning.

The house contains a bedroom, a large living room with the possibility of a workplace, a TV, a smaller bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with a washing machine and a dryer. The guest house is located in a quiet residential area 1.8 km from the city center and train station. Within 1.5 km are IBC, IBA, UC-syd, VUC/HF, SDU and the School of Design. Bus stop is 200 m from the home. If you have an electric car with a "type 2" plug, you can charge your car for a fee.

2 room apartment newly renovated this summer with, among other things, a new kitchen and bathroom. There's easy access via a code lock so you can arrive at your convenience. Located in the outhouse next to our own home. 5 km from E20/E45 and Kolding mall. Under half an hour to Legoland , Legohouse, and Givskud Zoo. There are about 700 meters to the shopping opportunity as well as bakeries. Cozy and peaceful garden where no facilities are to be shared with others. Good hiking trails in the area including at Donssøarna. There's also a bike path to Kolding.

Room of about 12 m2 in a quiet area 1 km from Kolding city center, 1.5 km from the train station and 4 km from the beach. The room is located in an extension to the house, so there is a private entrance. There are two single beds, a table with two bar stools, a bookshelf and a small cabinet. Shared bath and toilet in the same building as the room, but you have to go outside to get there. Access to enclosed courtyard. Not suitable for people with fur allergies, as I have a cat and a dog. Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere inside. Guests are not allowed.

Necessary service is available as well as microwave and refrigerator. On the property's 6 hectares, horses occasionally walk, the neighboring property is one of Denmark's largest wineries. There are opportunities for lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia. Shopping about 6 km. We have a peaceful German shepherd (Boris) who loves to have visitors.

The house is divided into 2 floors where the 1st floor consists of a large living room and a hallway that leads to a spacious kitchen. In addition, the sofa can be folded out and used as a sofa bed with room for 2 people. There's also a large bathroom on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor consists of an open space with 4 beds and a toilet. Parking is just outside the house and is completely free.
