The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are taken by the guest or can be rented for 150 SEK/set. TV and Wi-Fi are available. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table and a wood-burning sauna. In summertime there is also heated swimming pool. An additional accommodation in large apartment can also be rented.

As our guest you are close to restaurants, stores and the amazing nature life this village offers. The cabin offers a big kitchen, WC with shower & washing machine and a lot of social spaces. Three adults sleep comfortable and extra beds can be provided upon request. Towels and bedsheets is included.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop 4 min walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Cozy cottage in suterräng located in lush garden with fruit trees. The upper floor has an open plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed. There is also a toilet with combined washing machine and dryer. Bedroom in the ground floor one staircase down with shower and sauna and with exit to a large terrace with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transport. Gävle centrum is at 40 minutes walking distance through nice park area along the river.

10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive. The cottage is located on our own plot (5,000 sqm) in the nice village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.
